    Have just returned from a 5 night stay at this fabulous hotel,sorry we did book for longer!!The quality of the rooms, gardens,pool and of course not forgetting the impeccable staff,are unsurpassed.The food offerings at breakfast are phenomenal,with everything you’d ever need for your morning repast.We sampled the snack menu ,and again excellent quality and price.The owner,management team and all the staff were amazing and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure your holiday was perfect.You all deserve A WELL EARNED PAT ON THE BACK , for providing me with the holiday experience of a lifetime.     Great Hotel with a view over Puerto de la Cruz. Excellent team at reception, kitchen, restaurant and bar. Reliable room service in well sized rooms.Since guests were just adults, ideal for quiet vacation in relaxing hotel, garden and pool environment.We will come back.     This hotel is lovely in every respect. It has been in the same family since it was built and most of the staff have been there many years. This alone speaks volumes as to how well it is run and how nice everyone is. The hotel and extensive gardens are meticulously maintained. The food at breakfast is some of the best we’ve had with no end of choice. The staff can’t do enough for you and I must give a special mention to the barman Abel. I asked for a whiskey old fashioned cocktail ( not realising at the time it wasn’t on the cocktail list) and he googled it and told me he could make it no problem. It was excellent and he continued to make them for me when asked. A welcome drink at check-in is a nice touch too. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to Puerto de la Cruz.     A wonderful hotel- lovely atmosphere. The staff on reception are so helpful. I liked the location as I hired a car- parking was easy (car park or near park) and it was near the roads out of Puerto so very easy to navigate. Teide facing room was lovely. They put a fridge and kettle in on request. Pool was a little chilly although it was heated. Sunbeds- plenty. Breakfast was fantastic. So helpful at giving me a breakfast at 06:00 am on one day. I scored it 4 only because I found the half board dinner a little bland and not to my liking. This is purely personal however and everyone seemed to really enjoy it. The salad bar was lovely. I will return but will stay bed and breakfast next time. Felt v comfortable as a solo traveller.     Loved the Hotel. Room was perfect, the staff were nice, the food was good and the gardens and adjoining park were beautiful. On a health kick, so the walk into and from the resort was good for me too. Taxi works also if you have mobility issues or can’t be bothered. The main and neighbouring restaurant were nice and the service was excellent. The staff are a credit to the Hotel! There is some building noise nearby, I believe this ends in November but it didn’t bother me and I like to sleep as I sunbathe. Oh pool was nice to swim in too. A quality, family run hotel that was actually so much nicer to stay in than an impersonal 5 star All inclusive. Special thanks to Katja on reception who was very helpful and super efficient and helped me organise so Island tours with ease. Would definitely return and recommend it. Well done guys!
