This hotel is located in the centre of Playa de las Americas within metres of convenient public transport links and shopping venues. It is just a short 700-metre walk to the beach.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 93 studios, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available.

    Bars and restaurants exiting the central hotel park's door.Scooter and moped rental next to the hotel park.Spa & Welness so close that I enjoyed.Mercadona in a minute walking and Hyper Dino in five minutes.Some other minutes walking and you are in La Playa Del Camison which is my fav ❤️The courtesy of the staff 👏The apartment was nice 🙂‍↔️Just please do not close the bar at the swimming pool in the weekend and please serve the breakfast 🫠

    Stay away .no bar bath towels small and holes in them . Bath so slippy no grab bar in shower. Bar at pool don't open Sunday. You have to go next door for breakfast and very little choices. I wouldn't go back.

    We have come here at least 5 times (still here now) always been great but this time has put us off from coming here anymore. Don't like leaving negative comments but felt I had to on this occasion.Asked could we change our room as it was so dark and electric kept tripping, was told by reception that we are in a superior room and that we would be moved to a lesser room but would be charged an extra 20 euro a night extra! How do you work that out?? Our room has been cleaned once in a week and the bedding has not been changed at all, sadly will not be coming here anymore.

    we come here every year amazing place for a 3 star its perfect reading some of these reviews are laughable, we love how quiet it is no noise pools always quiet, elisibeth the pool bar maid and life guard is amazing always happy helpful and smiley shes a credit to your hotel, cannot complain admittedly last few years the age groups are getting younger but most never cause an issue. will always come back.. only downer rooms need air con but hard as most private,, we love you udalla

    On the second day off our holiday the swimming pool was closed when I asked the Reception they said its not safe to use and i asked when will it be back open they said not sure then next day they said 3 to 4 days and then I asked for new towels the Reception said I had to take them down to get and get new ones from her and I asked about the bins she just looked at me . I ended up getting moved to a lovely hotel with a swimming pool. What was up . I will never be back here, no help from the hotel at all .
