Location

The modern hotel is situated directly by a small cove, at the heart of the region of Playa de las Americas. The hotel is located in the leisure resort of Costa Adeje (San Eugenio area), just a few minutes' walk from the town centre and scores of shopping and entertainment venues. The marina of Puerto Colon is just a few minutes away on foot. The resort beach, Playa Troya, is just a 25-minute walk away; the nearest public transport links are only 500 metres away. Tenerife South Airport is 17 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 40 suites and 189 apartments, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. With water skiing, jet skiing and sailing available, the apartment hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. A wide range of indoor sports are offered, including darts or, for a fee, table tennis, billiards and squash. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the hotel. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Half board, full board and all-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive guests enjoy advantages like snacks, and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included as well. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Family of 6 with a blind child.prior to arrival had emailed asking for pool view due to special occasion.this was agreed if it was available when we arrived. It was but we were asked for an extra €400!the room we are in has a view of a wall and noisy bars!! So we have to pay, extremely disappointed as this is our first visit to this hotel

    A Real Family Hotel

    We have Stayed here 5 times now, we just can bring ourselves to stay at another hotel when in Tenerife due to how good it is. Last year they revamped he pool area and there are good improvements and loads of sun beds, even when we arrived at the hotel at 1pm we was still able to get 3 sunbeds together and also there is not the stamped in the mornings to get a sun-bed as there is no need. The foam party they put on is fantastic, EVERYONE had a great time. (check the events board is a must as there is so much to do. The entertainment is excellent and there is something to do for everyone, there is yoga, pool games, evening entertainment and giant chess board and a basketball hoop court, The staff in the kids club are the best they always make my son feel welcome and safe, thank you....The Staff are very helpful and considerate, every single member of staff is polite and helpful and I would like to mention Georgia from guest relation front of house was amazing, the welcome we got was lovely and she even remembers our son Cillian and Cillian also looks forward to seeing her as well. We booked the Excellence rooms and we love them, you get a bigger balcony and a few extras in the room, these are things like espresso machine, drinks in the mini bar which are stocked daily. The rooms are very clean as is the whole hotel. The pool is great and heated, The food is very good a great range for all tastes. if you are looking for a real family hotel in Adeje this is the place. we will be back next year, again !
