Location

    The Santa Maria Hotel is located five minutes from the gorgeous beach in Costa Adeje. The location is wonderful. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The hotel is very clean. The pool is crystal clear and warm. The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is polite and hardworking. I want to express my deep gratitude to Jasmine. She is always helpful. A very nice woman. In general, all the hotel staff are very nice people. The food is quite good for a three-star hotel. We really enjoyed everything. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.     Good value for money. Traditional Spanish food. Decent pool. No noise from the street. Our room was not equipped with AC only with a fan, but in April it's OK. Pleasant staff. We will certainly come back.

    Stayed in this hotel about 5 times now and always been very happy with it. For a 3 star hotel it is excellent value for money, clean comfortable and the food is good, also the staff are helpful and friendly. Hopefully we will be back there very soon.Location is very good, plenty of bars restaurants and great entertainment very close by. Love it.     Stayed at Santa Maria and was disappointed with the sunbed and towel situation. Went down at 9:15 and left down three towels went then and got breakfast and my 3 children ready for the pool, came back down at 10:15 all three towels were moved and threw in a corner. Told reception, they contacted lifeguard and the lifeguard wouldn’t say anything to me just pointed to the towels and said no English. How are people meant to get breakfast or anything if you have to stay on the lounger from the second you put the towel down? So every morning I put the towels down at around 9, go get breakfast very quickly with my family and sit back out on them incase they were taken off again and need to be beside the shallow side of the big pool as I have 3 very young children and that’s what they enjoy most about the holiday is the pool. As I sat out every morning in the shade may I add as those sun loungers don’t get full sun until around 11am or after, I noticed that nobody else’s towels were being lifted? There were towels down at 9 and people still not back near them at half 10? But we were away for just an hour the second day and they were threw off? Don’t understand if that is the rules fair enough but never seen anyone getting there’s threw off the rest of the stay.
