This apartment complex is located approximately 2 km from the centre of Playa de las Americas. The shopping centre, San Eugenio, the beach and the public transport lies 1 km away. In addition, Aqualand is around 30 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 180 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a hairdresser, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, golf and fishing are available. Water sports available at the complex include windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include table tennis, billiards and darts. A wellness area with a solarium is available in the complex.
