This aparthotel is ideally located just 800 m from the beach and the centre of this cosmopolitan resort, with its wealth of bars, restaurants and shops. Convenient public transport links are only 100 m away and the Tenerife South Airport is around 20 km away.

Facility

480 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 6-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 4 lifts. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine in 3 restaurants, which feature high chairs for children and air conditioning. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive.     Had a very nice stay at this Hotel, Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms clraned every dsy, close to bars and restraunts. Will defenitly be back

    We stayed here to celebrate a 50th birthday with our children (aged 10, 17, and 19), but the experience was deeply disappointing.One evening, after our kids had an early dinner, our 10 and 17-year-olds accompanied us back to the restaurant at 20:15 just to sit with us. A waitress named Ana immediately approached them in an aggressive manner and told them to get out. The receptionist named Flor was equally rude, dismissing it as "just the rules." The manager later claimed a "one entry per time slot" rule existed, but it is not written anywhere. This left our daughter too scared to return to the restaurant.Despite a "no stag/hen" policy, there were multiple groups by the pool daily—drunk, swearing, and being sexually inappropriate. This, added significant noise at night and made it a very poor family environment.On a bright note, the entertainment team—especially Miguel were fantastic and friendly. The bar staff Virginia and Elsa were nice and friendly. The rooms were clean and of a reasonable standard, and the food was decent, though drinks were very limited.

    Good for a budget hotel. Glad I didn't choose all inclusive as the buffet was fine but repetitive. We just paid whenever we wanted to use it; which was cheap enough. €45 covered all three of us including drinks and dessert.Room was smaller than expected but comfortable and clean. You have to ask for warm blankets at reception unless you're ok with just a sheet.Staff were friendly and helpful in our experience.There was an incident on the 4th floor on Friday night involving a young man who'd had too much 'festivity'. He injured himself and seemed out of control but the staff handled it quickly and discretely from what we could see.There are stag and hen parties at the hotel but security guards are never far from view when they're active around the pool and bar area. They didn't bother us.Pools are big with plenty of loungers available and several bars and snack areas, game rooms etc.Location is idea. Short walk to beach but still far enough from the strip that noise isn't too much of an issue.I would definitely return. Very happy with the choice.

    location from this hotel was fine, food was nice hotel clean and friendly.. when booking this hotel we looked at another hotel before the Columbus but after reading that this other hotel welcomed stag and hen parties we decided to book the Columbus because it stated strictly no stag or hen parties, unfortunately when we got there there was several of them taking place.. was woken up at 5 am by a group of lads shouting in the corridor and nothing was done about this even though there was security in the hotel. girls from the hen parties shouting on the balcony from their rooms to other girls in the hen party sat by the pool and playing their music really loud.Also keep your belongings and gifts that you have bought hidden away safely as a couple staying at the hotel had bought cigarettes and perfume to take home and the cleaners had stolen it whilst cleaning their rooms..
