Location

This apartment hotel lies in the historical city of La Laguna, within walking distance of the centre. A choice of shopping opportunities is to be found between the ancient buildings and the cobble stone streets. Links to the public transport are a short distance from the hotel (500 m) and it is about 3 km to Tenerife's northern airport and about 75 km to the southern airport.

69 apartments and 10 studios are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     A lovely hotel that exceeded expectations - and was perfect for our needs.

    My friend and I stayed here for six nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, booked into two adjoining Superior rooms with an interconnecting door. This arrangement of the rooms was important for us and on arrival was exactly as we'd requested in advance. Our rooms were quiet, spacious and well laid-out, had supremely comfortable beds and a bathroom complete with a whirlpool bath, bathrobe and slippers. Foodwise, the buffet-style breakfast offered a good range of options, while we found the (half-board) dinner menu limited in that respect, though on asking the staff we were able to mix and match menu items to satisfy our needs without any trouble. Inside, the hotel's public areas offered a welcoming environment, with seating areas on landings and a lovely, airy indoor coffee and meals area as well as a bar. Some comments here have suggested that the hotel accommodation appeared "tired", but I would disagree, as I feel upgrading might only reduce the charm and comfort it has at present. Lastly (and most importantly in my view), special mention has to be made regarding the staff - always smiling, always helpful, they all played a large role in making our stay so memorable. Staff can make a huge difference to a hotel - and they do here. Also a special mention from me here for Diana at Reception, her help in booking the rooms was very much appreciated, as was her advice about using the tram and where to go - thanks Diana!In short, we couldn't have asked for more, but instead felt we'd received much more during our stay. I hope to be back.     Great hotel with all the amenities

    We spent two nights at this hotel while on a hiking trip of the northern Tenerife.We had a very nice stay - the room was maybe a bit small but very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.The hotel staff was very helpful especially Diana (I am not sure about the spelling, sorry!).The breakfast was very good quality with a variety of choices.We tried the spa associated with this hotel which we enjoyed very much. As well, we had a dinner at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations.We panicked the first when we arrived and there was nowhere to park and there was a huge line to the paid parking lot across the street. But it was only because there was some kind of convention happening and we didn't have any problems after that.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.     Decent hotel close to the airport

    This hotel is a great choice if you want to stay close to the airport before an early flight or after late landing.The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a great restaurant on site, front desk was professional and helpful, and they even provided me with a packed breakfast as i was leaving before they served breakfast.     In keeping with the area, but missing mod cons

    It is very rare to find a hotel in the plus 100 euro price range that does not have tea and coffee making facilities and plug sockets for charging phones and laptop etc. I had to unplug lamps to charge anything. There is a kitchenette and dining table, with fridge and cooktop, but absolutely nothing else. Two teacups and a pot, but no way to make tea or coffee!! No plates, cutlery, pots or anything! Very bizarre waste of space. Bed clean and comfy but generally a bit dated decor. I was in the older building with car park under. The sign for their parking is a huge locked door, so very easy to drive past and park in the large public car park opposite. They need to give clear directions to get in. Lovely reception lady with great English and very patient with me after I arrived stressed driving around trying to park for so long.     Lovely hotel right at the heart of Laguna on one of the main plazas. Interior surrounds of polished wood in traditional Spanish style. Our room was spacious with small kitchen area. Very comfortable bed . The staff all very friendly and helpful.
