Location

This attractive apartment complex is located in a quiet yet central location, directly in the tourist area of Playa de las Américas. The complex lies within minutes’ of the beach and the town centre. Public transport is to be found in the surrounding area (approximately 100 metres away). Plenty of shopping venues, restaurants, a diverse variety of bars and buzzing nightlife venues are located in the hotel's neighbourhood.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 5 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 39 rooms, including 7 apartments and 12 studios. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a cloakroom, a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service and medical assistance. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service.

For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and fishing are available. With catamaraning and diving available, the apartment hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sports options available to guests include billiards or, for a fee, a gym. A spa, a sauna and solarium are available in the wellness area.

    What a fab find, right in the centre but a peaceful haven once inside. Rooms were perfect, staff helpful and atmosphere relaxing. We will definitely return in the future!

    • The Vibe: The location is unbeatable—right in the middle of everything and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. However, once you step inside the complex, it feels like a quiet sanctuary.• Pro Tip: Definitely request a unit at the back of the complex. The nightlife in the area is vibrant and audible, so the rear units are essential for a good night's sleep.• Amenities: The pool is absolutely fabulous and well-maintained.• Service: A special thank you to Patricia, who was incredibly friendly and kept our apartment sparkling clean and hygienic throughout our stay. ¡Muchas gracias! 🌷*Good value for money 💰

    Hidden little gem in the centre of playa de las Americas

    Great hotel, after many many years coming to playa de las Americas and stopping in just about every hotel las Americas has to offer this hotel is a little hidden gem, 2 minutes from the beach and only a 5 second walk across the road to the patch. The hotel has a side entrance which gives you quick access down the side of the bitacora hotel then across the road down the side of the best hotel Tenerife and you're on the golden mile.The pool is lovely and quiet with plenty of sunbeds.All the staff that we met seem to work very hard every day and still so friendly.Our room was spotlessly clean.The hotel has a very chilled out and relaxed atmosphere.Definitely one to give a try.     I just got back from a week's stay. I stayed at the back in room 56, which was a beautiful room in a quiet location. At the front, you can hear some noise from the busy street.The location was perfect; you couldn't be closer to the lively and busy Las Americas. Breakfast was very well prepared and tasty, the staff were very friendly, and I had a very nice vacation. The only downside, which I had already read about beforehand, was that the pool water was freezing cold at this time of year :-)We will definitely be back!!!     Nice little hotel in the middle of playa

    Central to many areas around playa. Nice pool area. Limited sunbeds but loved how you couldn’t reserve them. Our deluxe junior room was amazing. So big. Clean. TV and WiFi Good. Breakfast was okay. Some bits tasty but just Luke warm as under heat lamps Staff were helpful and friendly.
