Location

The complex is situated in the quiet, mainly residential, resort of Callao Salvaje on the south west coast of Tenerife. The distance to the sea and the small rocky beach is 300 m and there are shops, bars and restaurants as well as public transport links nearby. Just 10 minutes away by car are the tourist areas of Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje. Tenerife South Airport is around 30 km away and Tenerife North Airport is 120 km away.

Facility

22 junior suites and 105 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the resort include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service. Bicycle storage is also available. A photocopier is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area, a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The resort has 127 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, golf and archery. With windsurfing, kayaking, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and darts. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a non-smoking restaurant, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A delicious breakfast gives guests plenty of energy for the day. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the generous buffet. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Great hotel with fantastic Staff

    After a 2 week stay, I can honestly say that I have never stayed anywhere with staff who are as happy & helpful as the staff here. Abrina & silvia on reception. Restaurant staff Dieago, Miguel, Aralias. An all the other serving staff. Simon the chef, the morning restaurant staff. The cleaning staff think it was olga who did our room, but all the cleaning staff are lovely too. The Activities have been superb as well. Melina who does the yoga/soundbaths such a perfect start to the day. We loved the yoga sessions. The soap making was an amazing little session. Made new friends at that. The wine tasting was fantastic with Dieago, made some more friends at the wine tasting, which turned into a longer session due to the chatting. Mandela painting, very enjoyable. The baraquto making can’t remember the guys name at rooftop but that was great too. I am Gluten free, I have been throughly looked after for two weeks, so appreciate the gf stuff at breakfast being separate. I have not been glutened which is fantastic, Thank you. 🙏 We only ate in restaurant downstairs in an evening, as this suited us, The food was excellent as was the presentation of the food. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone, absolutely love the roof top area, watching the sunset was an added bonus. There is a beach within walking distance, bus stop at end of road which we used. I will be coming back again as have had such a relaxing enjoyable holiday. Safe in room was easy to use. All your staff should be praised as they have made our holiday. Would have liked more walking routes from hotel but think that probably going to get better in time and didn’t matter as hotel was so good. 😂. Would it be possible to have the sound baths on the roof terrace please in future where it is quieter?

    Had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Mynd in Tenerife Adeja.Hihghly recommend this hotel.The hotel has outstanding modern rooms and facilities, everything was clean and fresh, well designed and relaxing.What really the experience stand out was the geniune and friendly staff and very professional throughout.A special mention to Fernando at the Pool Bar, excellent manner, great service and a credit to the Hotel.Also Diego and his Team at the main Restaurant he handle everything with professionalism and was attentive to guest needs.Also at the Reception Naomi and her Team was excellent at dealing with any enquiries and booking my requests.Keep up the good work a credit tothe Hotel..

    A peaceful venue with a fantastic vibe, just love it

    This hotel is a perfect balance of peace, fun and experience. Greeted with a warm welcome as if a member of the family, you know you're going to be looked after. The rooms are clean and basic, plenty of storage space, a safe, hairdryer and a fridge. You don't get a kettle but can hire one. Water is FREE, there is a dispenser in reception to refill your bottles. Breakfast is from 7 to 11, unlimited and lots of choice. The coffee is great. Now comes the start of the day with Melina, yoga, holistic, soundbath. She runs classes for 30/45 mins each morning and they are superb. She is very friendly and guides you, being a complete novice I needed more help than most!! The rooftop bar , when not windy, is fab. Snacks, cocktails, beers, soft drinks....it's all there. The main restaurant downstairs is good too. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you want to go off piste. This hotel is away from the busy Adeje areas but the bus will get you there for €2 or taxi €20. Would I stay here again, definitely. Everyone here deserves a mention,from cleaning staff to Management.     We found Mynd Yaiza in Lanzarote a year ago and have stayed there twice already - with another holiday planned in November. As we love Tenerife we decided to give Mynd Adeje a try . We have so enjoyed our stay here and will now not only holiday in Yaiza but also in Adeje .Check in was unbelievably easy with the lovely Abrina . Our room was spotless the maids so friendly . The concept Mynd carries through both sites is what attracts us . The chilled vibe , staff seem so content to work there. The wallet system is like no other we have experienced in a hotel . Each person receiving 28€’s per day to be used on food or drinks . We ate out only once as the food in the Al La Carte is stunning - thank you to Diego who always welcomed us with a fabulous greeting each evening,Also lovely Leo . The chef Simioni and his staff of an evening not only produced delectable meals but work the open kitchen with great entertainment ,And always had a big smiles on their faces.😁The bus service is regular and very cheap - bus stop is outside the supermarket . This takes card payments . Being able to fill up water bottles is also a great concept Mynd has.The highlight to us was the roof top bar . Watching the sunset there is magical . 🌞 We will return thank you all.     My Sister and I have just returned from this Hotel and we can't wait to go back again.The most chilled place ever.What a great vibe it has.Nothing was too much trouble and everyone who works there is so friendly.A huge Thank You to Bianca who arranged for some "treats" to be in the room on arrival for my Sister, she was so helpful and welcoming.You are a complete Superstar.Our room overlooking the pool was lovely, with a great view of the mountains in the distance.Food and cocktails were both superb.What more can I say?Absolutely loved our stay.
