Location

This hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the capital city of Santa Cruz. It is surrounded by the major shopping areas and lies just a few minutes away from the exhibition site, the port area and the sea and Tenerife's auditorium. Facility

    We stayed two nights at this hotel. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is clean. Great location. We departed early this morning about 7ish. We asked the front desk if we could get a cup of coffee before leaving. “Absolutely” was the answer. Sadly, we were treated by the rudest attendant in the dining area. She rolled her eyes at us and was terribly annoyed that we wanted a coffee. Dining area was quiet and only had 2 people sitting eating. We were three women traveling. Two got a coffee and paid her 3.50 for their cup. They served themselves. The third showed up a few minutes after and went to get herself a coffee and was greeted with annoyance and a roll of the eye. It was a sad way to end our vacation.

    Nh is like coming home. The reception is absolutly perfect. Nice stuff, very friendly and helpfull. The room nice, the bed perfect. To feel good.The place is perfect, in the city, but no too noisy.Going outside, you get all you like. Around the corner shops, restaurants, the beautiful places to enjoy.It' s my absolut favorit, going to St. Cruz

    Late night noise spoilt our stay

    This is not an easy review to write as we stayed 2 nights before going on a cruise and the first night ( Thursday) was good -we were in a superior room on the corner of the building and the room had everything we needed and was quiet .Unfortunately our second night (Friday) was noisy until the early hours and we realised the room overlooked a gathering point for all the local youngsters as there were several bench seats in the street where they could congregate.Breakfast was good and the hotel location is excellent & we would have been very happy with the hotel had it not been for the late noise which occurs possibly just on Fri and Sat nights . I realise however this is not the fault of the hotel and is not an easy problem to solve .

    Poor hotel without even basic amenities and extremely loud rooftop bar until 3-4am.     We enjoyed our Christmas holidays in NH Tenerife. Hotel staff was very friendly and ready to help. Our room was comfortable, and cleaning was good. Wonderful to have a room and bedlinen cleaned in non-perfumed cleaning agents/detergents. A few signs here and there that the rooms will need renovation (cracked tiles here and there, shower handle not fully functional, elevator card reader not always working, etc.). However, can absolutely recommend the hotels.
