Location

Situated directly facing the sea in the quiet northern resort of Punta de Hidalgo, this complex is just a short walk to the Anaga rural park nature reserve and 28 km from Tenerife North Airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 4 suites, 5 apartments and 77 studios, which are located on 11 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and 86 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The apartment hotel offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, tennis. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym and yoga or, for a fee, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, acupuncture treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast. For dinner, guests can order à la carte. A set menu can be ordered at dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Charming, beautiful and peaceful location, calm and peaceful atmosphere, spacious room with a balcony offering stunning views. The pool and garden were absolutely lovely. The breakfast was fantastic (apart from mediocre coffee) but the dinners mixed. Other facilities - gym, sauna were great and I enjoyed some of the treatments. Sadly the tennis court was neglected - such a shame as it could be restored with minimal investment and for me it's a great draw.     I had a lovely time staying in your hotel, as did my friend. The staff were delightful and the view from my room was spectacular. I felt very well on my return home, thanks to all the treatments. It was only a pity that I don't speak German. I think it was hard for the yoga teachers to instruct in 2 or 3 different languages at the same time and still ensure that everyone was doing the exercises correctly. This is my only minor criticism during a very happy week spent with you in Tenerife.     I’ll be returning here time and time again. I was in dire need of having a reset. And that is exactly what I got! I did the FX Mayr detox programme for 10 days. It has given me such a boost. And the hotel itself has lovely grounds, great facilities (including outdoor pool, access to natural swim sea pool, well equipped gym, great selection of sauna and steam room, heated indoor pool, spa with some of the best treatments I’ve ever had, beauty treatments and lovely restaurant with local fresh ingredients)My room was perfect, extremely clean and comfy. Loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves. All the staff were so friendly and helpful.     A simple unsophisticated resort. Relaxation for soul spirit and body powered by the sound of the ocean waves. Simple food , charming staff , leave your stresses at home and pack your most casual relaxing attire. Therapists are excellent.
