Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Rooms

A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, bowling, squash, yoga and aerobics. A sauna and solarium are available in the wellness area. Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Half board is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet, brunch, a lunch à la carte and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The apartment complex also offers snacks.

    Fantastic complexAll the staff are so friendly and polite.Nice & peaceful complex,very clean.Our room a 1 bedroom pool & sea view was the best apartment we've stayed in at tenerife.We will hopefully return in November.Room 306 was great.     We stayed in a one bed apartment with a sea view. The accommodation was very spacious over two floors. Both floors had a large balcony with great sea views. Staff were very friendly. Two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds available during the day. The hotel is located in a very hilly area of the resort and the room we stayed in was accessed via a lot of steps.     Disappointed!!

    Will not return! Breakfast was always cold even though eggs, bacon etc had just been put out. Tables cluttered and not cleared away.View from balcony was overlooking the block in front. Only view at night was seeing men standing their bathrooms having a pee due to the very poorly frosted glass windows! Had to have door cards replaced at least 5 times as they would not work. It was certainly nothing to do with them being near my phone as I was told. Trip switch tripped several times as electricity kept cutting off. Maintenance had to deal with twice and we dealt with it the other times.Not somewhere for those with mobility issues. Many steps and ramps. Only good point was the reception ladies were very helpful and dealt with our issues promptly.     Extremely disappointed, facilities not available and poor service

    We are returning guests and have always enjoyed staying here, which made this visit very disappointing. This year alone we spent over £4,800, but the standard was far below what we previously experienced.Before booking the penthouse we were told the hot tub was not working but were assured spa passes would be provided as compensation. On arrival this was refused.Breakfast was consistently poor with no clean plates or cutlery on several mornings, and the food quality declined to mostly tinned options. The hotel also appeared severely short-staffed and the main bar was closed for days.During the second week a storm flooded the upper floor of the penthouse. Maintenance cleared some water but soaked cushions were never replaced, leaving the terrace unusable for the remainder of our stay.Overall, a very disappointing experience with multiple unavailable facilities and poor service.     Love this hotel and stay here 3 to 4 times a year.Normally go that bit extra for the customer,but felt severely let down this time!Booked a seaview room but as the photo shows, obviously not what I gotI know everyone makes mistakes but it how you resolve them hotel was very poor but Hotels.com were absolutely brilliant!Booked up for June cos everyone deserves a second chance.Wont go into further details!
