    A hidden gem. Our second visit in the same year!Reasonably priced, amazing setting, great little apartments... Absolutely love this hideaway.Value for money is great and keeps us coming back.Walks around the coast from here are tranquil.We will come back next year.     Lovely relaxing holiday apartment

    Beautiful 3 level 2 bedroom apartment with the most stunning views could spend hours sat on the balcony just so peaceful. The hotel pool was nicely warmed with floats permitted at certain times meaning the kids could enjoy some fun time too. The staff absolutely lovely so friendly & welcoming making sure you are happy at all times. Carlos in the bar is an absolute treasure always making people smile. I would recommend a car as the walk is a bit steep in places but plenty of parking which was great when stocking up from the supermarket. The atmosphere here has to be the most friendly we have experienced and we travel a lot! Great value for money and we look forward to returning.     Nice 3 level apartment, over looking the coast staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and terrace area relaxing, with good food on offer beers and cocktails happy hour 3 til 5. 25% off. Locally walking down to bars and restaurants is fine, "cardiac Hill " well named back to base camp. Taxi is well worth it at €3.50euros there's also the magic key for the short cut.     We have been staying at las Rosas for many years and have always found it very relaxing, nothing is too much trouble.The below review in February is for somewhere completely different. I've no idea where but definitely not here .I have brought friends and family here and everyone loves it.     The place almost ruined our vacation.

    - It's extremely noisy - we had a busy road and a parking which was being renovated even on Sundays from one side of the apartment and a hotel restaurant with loud parties until midnight from the other side. Loud music around swimming pool during the day as well. Lots of noise day and night.- Insects in the apartment - as soon as we left any food or a dirty plate outside of the fridge it was covered by tiny ants.- They have parking advertised everywhere but in reality it's just a street parking which the hotel doesn't control. It was hard to park the car and the only help from the hotel was 'there is a street where you may find a space but it's a 10-min walk'.- No airconditioning in the sitting room, only a fan. If you're hot during the day, you need to stay in a bedroom. - Management was not interested at all in helping guests: we were told no to all our questions (help to park the car, help to change to a quieter apartment, if we could get a bed topper to cover the hole between 2 single mattresses, etc). No to everything we asked.- It's not a hotel in the first place, it's a timesharing resort. We're sorry to hear about the ants; our team is diligent with pest control, but occasionally these resilient creatures find a way. It's a shame the air conditioning situation wasn't ideal for you; while we don't have individual controls in each room, we do our best to ensure guest comfort. It's important to us that our guests feel heard and receive the assistance they need, and we regret if we fell short of that during your stay.
