    Excellent location. Needs a bit of an update as tired in places. Very clean.Loved my one bedroom apartment. View of pool and sea beyond Good value for money

    Omg the first night Beatles were runing around the floor, didn’t sleep till I had to spray them , so upset still here and I’m thinking how can anyone sleep with the thought of Beatles big runing around floor, I left it outside door, as this is not on, light shining in my room all night blinding me and runtimes my stay, I did tell them nothing done about it so instead of sea veiw it was blinding had to put towel over rail of vacant so brightnesss of light didn’t blind me, Badley damage bathroom units , but the Beatles done it for me they handed me spray to kill them and said just spray them there die , I never sleeped at all

    WARNING AVOID THIS HOTEL, SCAM!!!I don’t normally write reviews but feel I need to warn everyone so you don’t have the same experience as us. Straight to the point, on arrival we was asked for €100 deposit for the room, I thought that was strange as I’ve only ever done that in USA hotels, but we are a young family and no intention of trashing the room so I paid the €100 on my card. They said they will send it me back on the last day. I’ve been home two weeks and still haven’t received it. Valentino (on reception) sends you WhatsApp messages during your stay, so I sent him a message everyday asking when I can expect my deposit back, he said they have sent it and if I don’t have it contact my bank. I called my bank today and they said they are treating it as a scam! I’m not sure if reception are Charging deposits and keeping it, all I know is they haven’t paid it back to me. I would avoid this Hotel for this reason alone! The actual stay at the hotel. I found staff very friendly (until you ask for your deposit back) the location is fantastic close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. the rooms are dated and we had bugs in the rooms but not excessive. Valentino WhatsApp you to ask if everything is ok, our shower was broken and they fixed it straight away so can’t fault that. My daughter has a severe nut allergy so we had to speak to staff about it, the staff member didn’t take it seriously, he said just a little bit of nuts in this and that, not knowing just a little bit would kill her! So she couldn’t eat any of the food. We thought the food was hit and miss, sometimes ok sometimes terrible. overall the deposit situation put us off this hotel and won’t be going back! I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I will be taking it further with the hotel!     Honestly not a great hotel, loud AC units and really outdated. Extremely noisy place, bar across the way and the other bar close by blaring music till all hours. Birds in the courtyard area start chirping insanely loud every morning around 7am. Some lad was banging on his door because he was locked out at 5am amd was at it for an hour, I guess security are useless here. Cupboards broken and very old looking rooms, beds aren’t great either. Found a cockroach in the room which wasn’t ideal, unhygienic. We had to move rooms as there was a leak/broken pipe in our bathroom so had to pack up all our things and move. Found a dead cockroach in the new room we went into so I don’t know what the cleaners are at😅. There was also a dead rat on the red roof top outside our balcony (it was sunbathing there for days) and loads of broken glass bottles and other rubbish. Just an unclean place honestly. The only good thing about it is that it’s a 15/20 min walk away from Siam Park/Mall. Apart from that wasn’t great at all and was well below standards. As other people were saying also you have to pay 100 euro deposit that they don’t say in the booking. Just stay away honestly can get a better place for better price

    Reading some reviews our experience was a really lovely one. We had a double balcony corner room with superb sea & resort views. We were surprised at the size of the room, it was huge, with the double bedroom being ensuite and a 2nd bathroom. Staff were quite friendly, pool area was lovely & clean, pool staff were nice. They were a little slow at the pool bar. Gym was fine but no air con. We didn't eat there so can't comment on that. One slight downside only 1 room clean all week although anything you needed just ask at reception & they brought it up.
