Location

The apartments are located on the plains of Los Cristianos just a few hundred metres from the sea and the rocky beach, which are located in front of the complex. Los Cristinanos town centre and the beach are just within 15 minutes' walk of the complex. Along the way guests may find many bars and restaurants, including several on site. The bus station is around 1.5 km away and shopping facilities can be found around 1 km from the hotel. Siam Park and Aqua Land is around 3 km away, the Jungle Park is some 5 km away and Teide and Las Cañadas are some 35 km from the property.

Facility

230 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Daily newspapers are available for purchase.

Rooms

Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 2 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Sports options available to guests include a gym or, for a fee, billiards. A spa, a sauna and solarium are available in the wellness area. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a pub. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (smoking area and high chairs).

    Stayed here many times and always very good. We have had apartments all over the complex and never disappointed.Clean towels every 2-3 days and beds every 7days.Staff always helpful and friendly.

    Paloma Beach is a fantastic complex. We booked the pool side apartment and wasn’t disappointed! It’s HUGE. You have everything you need, the beds are super comfortable, very clean. Just brilliant.The day bed at the front of the apartment is just amazing. I didn’t move off it all week.Can’t wait to return !

    Excellent place to stay, clean tidy, spacious apartment, huge pool, lots of sunbeds, great staff, security and fantastic pool bar. Highly recommend Paloma Beach. We have stayed here around 6 times now and you just can’t beat it.
