Location

This pleasing apartment hotel is located on a slope, overlooking the sea on the edge of Los Realejos. The centre of the resort of Puerto de la Cruz is 5 km from the hotel. A regular bus service runs guests into the centre (not available on Thursdays and Sundays) and there is a bus stop 150 m away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 200 apartments, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Absolutely awful. Would not recommend at all, worst stay of my LIFE. The first night couldn’t get any parking so the lovely lady at the reception gave me a map of places to go, parked 45 minutes later got a spot. The bed sheets had stains on and they forgot my bath towel so had to go back to reception to get that. Woke up freezing cold in the night slept with my hoodie on. The second night couldn’t get parking again and was driving around for an hour. Tried to fill my water up from the fountain in the restaurant but she wouldn’t let me as I hadn’t paid for dinner and the water is only included in the restaurant!!! The second morning the lady wouldn’t let me have breakfast even though I had PAID to have breakfast!! Again wouldn’t let me fill my water bottle up. Ended up crying both nights, would not recommend.

    Cold, Awful smelling food

    The night we arrived hungry and we paid for dinner, it was cold, smelt funny, unbelievable that someone would russel up food and think others who paid for it would appreciate or even enjoy it. Reading these reviews I would expect they would have made changes by now. No matter what time we went the breakfast was cold (beans, eggs, bacon, sausage etc, tinned fruits 😥.Our rooms were cleaned daily which was good. However the TV was only in Spanish which meant we could watch anything.Poolside was clean but water temperature was not 23° at all... I did enjoy my swim despite thatStaff on reception were very very helpful.Having an hotel bus was awesome which meant we could have adventures else where...

    Lovely hotel in terms of pool and room. However it did say on the website that they could speak English and the language barrier has been massive. It is also in the middle of no where so there really isn’t anything to do unless you have a hire car. I did manage to book a bus to go the water park from the hotel through the water parks website

    Avoid This Hotel – Rude Staff and Terrible Management

    I had an absolutely awful experience at Panoramica Garden. The staff were incredibly rude – I was asked to leave my table because breakfast ends at 10 am, and despite it being only 10:08, they didn’t care that I wasn’t taking any more food. Completely unacceptable attitude.The breakfast itself? Absolutely disgusting—made from the cheapest ingredients possible, barely fit for pigs. It’s clear they cut every corner imaginable, and the quality reflects that.Dinner was even worse – 0/10. The quality was poor, the options were disappointing, and the overall experience was dreadful. The only positive thing I can say is that Miriam in the restaurant was kind, but that’s where the good service ends.See pictures and laugh 🧐Shockingly, there is no manager available on Saturdays or Sundays, meaning there’s zero control and no one to address issues. The parking situation is just as chaotic – always full, and even when there are empty spaces with chains, they refuse to open them.The average guest age is 70+, and honestly, I have no idea what I was thinking when I booked this place. Save your money and avoid this poorly managed, outdated hotel.

    Prices for new year were astronomical on Tenerife but this hotel provided great value for money. It is dated, very 1990s but well maintained, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked like it had seen an update at some point and the wall around the pool area was being replaced with glass panels, which will offer great sea views from the pool and restaurant.Rooms were a good size, offering a kitchen area with a few utensils, fridge, kettle and hot plate. Plenty of wardrobe space, comfortable beds, a few chairs and a small table, should you want to eat in the room. They won't win any style awards but are well kept and spotlessly clean.A fair choice at breakfast but the hot food was warm at best, so I'd stick to the continental. I only had one evening meal in the hotel but it was the New Year's gala dinner. Great selection, even for a non meat eater like me but I can't say how the standard buffet compares.Nearby is a scenic coastal walk and a small selection of bars, restaurants and mini markets (limited opening hours/days at this time of year though). The free bus to Puerto de la Cruz is great, giving you a quiet base but the bigger resort option if you want it.
