Location

The hotel is situated in the south of Tenerife, in the charming village of Los Cristianos.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 394 rooms and 50 apartments located in a 7-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Some rooms include a balcony. Separate bedrooms are available. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, tea/coffee station and oven. Further amenities include an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, golf, archery, fishing and horse riding. Water sports available at the holiday village include windsurfing, canoeing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, squash, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Victor was absolutely amazing. He introduced activities into the leisure pool and families joined in and had so much fun. This enabled strangers to integrate and have lots of fun and would totally recommend this to carry on instead of having activities in the hotel pool where some people may miss out. It was really nice to see Martina grow in confidence and Alexandra really entertained the families when on the water mat introducing different activities. It was all such fun to see and take part in.     Location of hotel is good, 5 min walk to beach. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Other areas Las Americas and Costa Adeje less than 10 min in a taxi. Airport 10 min in a taxi.Atmosphere hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our stay was mid April 2026 and the hotel was nit overly busy until our last two days. I think peak season would be too busy as the restaurant was starting to get overly busy.Rooms and hotel were very clean. However, the cleaning staff walk round in the morning chapping all doors at the same time to see who answers and who doesn't so they can get in your room ASAP. Sometimes as early as 8am. Toilet facilities around the hotel were exceptionally clean especially in the adult only area. The toilets near poolside at times could become a little messy.One of the pools were closed when we were there and were we advised might be some noise disruption but we never heard any noise whether we were next to the other pool located right next to it or in our rooms. Food in the hotel was good, always something that i could eat and I am a fussy eater. Food was look warm though and would need a reheat in the microwave. Plenty or salad options, bread, different potatoes, pasta always a few kinds, pizza and then there was two show cooking stations normally one cooking a different fish and one a different meat each night. Dessert options really good, always lots of different cakes, fruit, ice cream and sweet section.Drink service really good as all bars and restaurants are self service so no long lines to wait in. Although there are bar staff available at all times to provide service if having a spirit drink.Entertainment we only went to the one bar which provided a different show every night normally lasting 1 hour, bingo and then a quiz. It was good fun and Ceser the host was great.Spa within the hotel is really good. Wrnt for a massage and it was great, really relaxing. Also used the spa facilities I.e hot tub, steam room, sauna, cold plunge pool which is good for 10€ per person for 1 hour.Honest opinion the hotel and stay overall was great until the last day. We arrived late at the hotel 10pm and was told the restaurant was opinion for us as a courtesy.l at 1030am However, when there is was only some bread and salad that was available. All inclusive drink service stops at 11pm so there was no option either to relax and have a drink in arrival. On check out day, had to be out of room for 12pm we were not getting picked up until 7pm. No option to keep room on as the hotel was fully booked. Only option was a 30 min courtesy shower room per room not per person. All inclusive stops at check out therefore after 12pm drinks and food need to be paid for. Also, WiFi service gets blocked as to access it you need to provide email, passport number and room number and as no longer in a room the service stops. Therefore a 7 hour wait becomes very long especially with not wanting to sit out in the sun with suncream on or in and out the pool with very little services available to freshen up before your flight. Felt the first day and last was really taken away from us.

    Just returned from another fantastic holiday at Paridise Park .We have stayed many times and are already looking forward to our next visit. We had the all inclusive deal which was fantastic, food was excellent 👌 something for everyone unbelievable choice and presented beautifully. Drinks this time included branded spirits which was new....what's not to like. Room was a good size very comfortable and cleaned efficiently everyday. Another new stroke of genius was the chip wristbands for the room so no need to worry about room cards. We also appreciated the change with the mini bus route drop off point ....much better, no slopes or steps to negotiate. Entertainment was very good and much fun was hadSo Thank You very much to all the hard working staff you really did make our holiday the best 😃 see you again soon .

    A larger hotel than we normally choose but we were really impressed by the attentionbto detail in every area. The staff are both helpful and well trained .we had a suite by chance which was bothy roomy and well equipped. We would definitely return
