Location

This attractive beach hotel is centrally located in the tourist town of Playa de las Americas. The inviting sandy Playa del Camison, with its turquoise-blue waters, is just 400 m away. Links to the public transport network are a few paces away (400 m) and the Playa de las Vistas beach is situated about 600 m away. The main beach is 1200 m away and it is a 15-minute walk to the town centre. Many shops, countless restaurants, diverse bars and nightlife venues are to be found in the vicinity and the airport is located around 18 km away.

Facility

The holiday village welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 241 non-smoking rooms. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with a fan. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and pleasantly heated water to ensure comfortable swimming. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The complex offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, volleyball and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking. The holiday village offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. A spa, a sauna and steam bath are available in the wellness area. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy an entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Special meals, including vegetarian dishes, are also available. The complex also offers snacks. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Amazing experience.The place is really nice and beautiful, just a few minutes from the beach.The animation team is really talented, all of them are great workers and performers. They are really good with kids and families and also they are available to play with everyone all kinds of sportsThe rooms are really clean and always ready after the day.Every evening there is a show but it finishes around 10.30 pm so there isn’t too much noise and it’s really good for family with small kids.The price is correct for the kind of experience. I advise everyone to come to this place because beside being beautiful, you also have fun and eat really good.     Great family spring break vacation

    This is our third time visiting this hotel. We know the staff and they remember us. They are fun to be around and help wherever they can! Food is typical but they have specialty nights and while it isn’t 5-star Gordon Ramsey OMG food, the food is good. The atmosphere is one of fun, sun, and relaxation. Plenty of things to do in or out of this hotel. Ask Ramon at the bar for a vodka lemon or Hector for a San Francisco, depending on your preference. Regardless, cappuccino’s and espresso’s are served throughout the day.     Great family holiday entertainment team were incredible

    We stayed at Park Club Europe in July 2025 with my wife and our 6-year-old daughter, and we had such a great time that we’ve already booked to go back again this year.The absolute highlight of this hotel is the animation/entertainment team. They are honestly the reason the hotel feels so special and why we decided to return. They work incredibly hard all day and evening and are brilliant with the kids. Our daughter absolutely loved them.The kids club runs from 10–12 and 1–3, and the team often came around the pool to ask if the kids wanted to join in with activities. They made everything fun and engaging, and our daughter couldn’t wait to see them every day.There was also plenty going on for adults during the day with activities like archery, water polo, football, volleyball and more, so there was always something to get involved in if you wanted. The hotel also has an outdoor gym which was a nice extra.In the evenings the animation team put on shows in the hotel grounds, and they were genuinely really entertaining. You could tell how much effort they put into them. The Greatest Showman show was definitely the highlight for us.The hotel itself is all inclusive and the food was very good with lots of variety each evening, so there was always something to choose from. The fresh pizza was especially good.There are two pools – a quiet saltwater pool at the rear of the resort, and a main freshwater (chlorine) pool in the centre which was always very clean and well maintained.Our room was a little on the small side, but it was clean and perfectly fine for us. Some people mention that the rooms are a bit dated, but it didn’t bother us at all.The location is also great, with shops and restaurants only about a 2-minute walk away if you want to head out of the resort.One small thing that could be improved would be the lunchtime snacks by the pool. If you didn’t want to go to the main restaurant you could grab food from the pool snack area, but the options were pretty much the same each day. The food itself was nice, just a bit repetitive.Another nice touch was that there are beer taps around the pool area, so you don’t always have to queue at the bar, plus slushie machines and coke/water on tap, which was great during the day.Overall we had a fantastic family holiday, but what really makes this hotel stand out is the animation team. They create such a great atmosphere and were amazing with our daughter. They’re the main reason we’ve booked to come back again.     Best Holiday Ever!

    I spent a week on vacation with my family at this beautiful resort. We were welcomed under every circumstance ; the entire staff is incredibly kind, always available, and cheerful, always making you feel at home. The food is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is central, a few steps away from the beach. I would like thank the entire entertainment team: friendly, kind, and skilled, always ready with a joke and an excuse to make you laugh. All the activities they offer are inclusive for all ages, from archery, pilates, volleyball, carbonara and sangria by the pool, and lots more; to the evening show, which is different for every day of the week, where they transform into excellent dancers, singers and comedians.
