    not bad .20 minutes driving from the airport .fridge full of ice . not enough light at the entrance and at the toilet :saves money .twice per week they clean the room . not easy to find parking. if the neighbors are polite and not animals , then maybe you can sleep well .elevator is inoperative.no reception . sea view yes , but far and nothing special . When you finish the shower be sure that it will be flood around.

    Would not recommend. Apartment not as advertised. Had to call owner to get keys from a key safe. Was asked to move during second week as the apartment had been sold! Was given 150 euros by way of recompense.Had an issue when we checked out as we were told we had to be out before the recognized international time of 12 noon. Then the owner would not give us a key for the reception area, usually locked, to retrieve our suitcases as we had a late pickup for the airport. My partner eventually persuaded him to give us one.Definitely not a 3 star complex.Have been to Costa Del Silencio many times before but our usual hotel has closed.

    Cheap, clean, great!

    It’s a bit run down but what can you expect for the cheapest place on the south coast of Tenerife. But it was Immaculately clean. I stayed for 7 nights and had my towels changed twice. Called the number on the main entrance door when I arrived and had my key within 60 seconds. It was quiet and secure.

    Just stayed here. The room was lovely and clean. The apartment complex was lovely and clean. The staff here was so lovely and couldn't help enough. Would highly recommend if your wanting somewhere quiet. Lovely area. Would definitely stay here again. It was a girls trip. Local supermarket had everything we needed and more. Fresh meat and bread counters.

    WORST hotel in Tenerife, honestly .We arrived at 9pm the doors was locked had a phone number to ring and was told they had overbooked so instead of 2 rooms that's was booked we could only have 1 , so a we had to share beds and 2 people had to sleep on the sofa ( great start ) the next day we was given another room but we paid for 2 sea view room and none was , ( included pics) the rooms were damaged , dirty and not safe , nothing worked , shower was broken , fuse box hummed , plugs off the wall .we spoke to reception he was not helpful at all and told us tough they is no other rooms . It was a massive damper on our holiday lucky we only stayed for 5 days we didn't have spare funds to move hotels so had to stay , we only went back to sleep but please please don't book it is honestly horrendous.im now looking for a refund on the hotel and will fight it !!
