Location

    We are here at the moment. We are very happy with our rooms,staff and pool area. The breakfast is excellent. The evening meal is acceptable some nights better than others. Our main criticism is the lack of child friendly food. There must be over 100 children here at the moment and the chef is making very little effort to provide anything special for them.There is freshly cooked pasta but little else.All the other nearby hotels have a small area usually with chicken nuggets,pizza , hamburgers ,fish fingers etc. I’m sure this would be much appreciated by the parents and feel it would save the hotel money in the long run. I am watching children eating chips and ketchup and little else.This is a child friendly hotel and the restaurant staff are lovely with the children. I can’t understand why management dont invest in this fact, they made no effort to do anything special for Easter. In the past they have provided Easter cakes on Easter Sunday,

    check in was bad waited several hours and luggage was not left in a locked safe place, Room we were given was really noisy backing on to next door hotel kitchens & delivery area from 6am till midnight..couldn't change as full !!!food was average the in evening, nothing labelled at all , no good if you had an allergy! Most days it was chaos in the dining room, breakfast, average always ran out of milk & fruit ...poor system going in and out for meals,constant queues .Certainly not suitable for couples/Adults ..its over run by kids and noise around pool area. No separate adult areas...Wouldn't recommend it or stay again.Really Badly managed hotel!     Disappointing 2nd visit

    After visiting here last new year we booked to return. The price had jumped up significantly, but as it was quiet and had a family pool where my son could jump in and play with friends we chose to return. WHAT A MISTAKE The lifeguard has decided that the pool is only for swimming, no jumping, no having fun. Just swimming. The noise at night is horrendous, people coming back drunk and clattering about and then the noise from the restaurant and kitchen early in the morning, I have never been so tired and functioning on about 4 hours sleep a night.The breakfast is what you would expect. Dinner is a poor offering, ok if you love Pork as it is Pork every night. Overall this has been a a disappointing experience, so much so we will not return again. Unfortunately, as in any accommodation, isolated situations can occur with guests returning late, but this is not the general atmosphere of the hotel, something you were already familiar with from your previous stay.Concerning the restaurant, we must clarify that dinner menus change daily and it is not accurate to state that the same dishes are served every night. Breakfast and dinner are designed to offer variety within the buffet concept of the hotel.We are sorry that this visit did not reflect the experience you had previously and appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion.
