    We had an excellent week staying at Eden and would come again.We had a huge Superior apartment with a veranda, good size en-suite bathroom and a well equipped kitchen area in the Eden Luz building, looking out over well cared-for tropical gardens. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (firm) and the shower powerful. We swam everyday in the covered (warm enough) 25metre pool. There are three other pools. The buffet meals (full board) were excellent with a great choice which changed every day. Draught beer and good house wines were at very reasonable prices. The restaurant has a covered outdoor eating area. There's a snack/drinks bar on the ground floor and another bar offering evening entertainment on the 5th floor. There's a free hourly bus service down to the town, particularly useful if you don't have a car, as there's a long steep walk down to the coast. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

    This is our third visit to the hotel and we will be back. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There is a kitchenette in every room so you can make your own food if you don’t want to eat out every night. This year we were on the second floor just above the restaurant and no sun on the balcony until late in the afternoon. I asked if next time we could state our preferences when booking and without hesitation we were given another room overlooking the garden with lots of sunshine. Thank you to all the staff who contributed to another lovely holiday.     Very nice place to stay. Stayed for 4 nights and found this place to be very welcoming and helpful. I needed help with a few things and nothing seemed too much trouble. Clean and tidy room (and spacious) with a huge balcony. Free bus to town several times a day from the hotel. Weather good which always helps and a very relaxing break here.     Lovely place for an Xmas break

    We had such a lovely time here at Christmas. Food is excellent and the staff are all so friendly. Yes, the place is a bit outdated but it's spotlessly clean and the rooms are huge! We had the most amazing view of the hills from our balcony.     Disappointing stay - not as advertised

    The room itself has a stale, unpleasant smell, and there are holes in the bedroom ceiling. The hotel advertises live entertainment, but there has been none during my stay. There are supposedly two bars, yet only one is open, and there’s no clear information about which one is operating.Another issue is the location. There is no mention on the website of the steep hills surrounding the hotel. It is absolutely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or knee problems, this should have been clearly stated.To make things worse, the shuttle bus service doesn’t run from Saturday at 12pm until Monday. This means guests have no choice but to walk everywhere.
