    Wonderful stay at Marazul

    We spent a wonderful week in this facility. The unit that we had has a nice view of the water and the mountain. The unit and the place was very clean and well maintained. People were nice and the staff were excellent. Genome graciously welcomed us in the late hours of the evening. Him, Gracella, & Juliet were very nice and would go out of their way to guide you to a good spot and what to visit to make sure you have a wonderful and memorable stay, which we did. And oh, that welcome sparkling wine was a very nice gesture. 😉Our unit did not have an AC, but the weather during our stay was perfect and we could sleep comfortably with the windows wide open and get cooled by Tenerife breeze. We spent a week here and a week earlier in Grand Canary. We asked our kids which is a better place? It was unanimous - Marazul!Would highly recommend & love to come back!

    wonderful vacation..paradise for soul at body.. .superbly equipped huge apartment with two bathrooms.Terrace with a view of the Atlantic.Wonderful staff,,outdoor pool is clean .peaceful and quiet place

    Hotel left a cable trailing across the lobby with no cover over it which my husbands 90yo grandfather tripped on fracturing his tibia. The cable was for karaoke and after he was taken away by ambulance the cable was replaced in exactly the same position to continue the karaoke as of nothing had happened.Pool area is noisy with awful entertainment so you can’t sit and have peace by the pool.Restaurant prepares frozen poor quality food and very little choice.     This was an excellent residence. The pool was immaculate, no trouble no noise. The entertainment team were excellent, very engaging. Goid location, a bit away from the hussle and bussle but great for a quiet stay. All in all a great stay and highly recommended.     Beautiful hotel but It’s in the middle of nowhere. If you speak French and have a car you might like it - very peaceful. The restaurant wasn’t open even though we were advised it would be. So check this with the hotel. There is a pool and snack bar but it’s inside and they don’t like you taking drinks and food outside. The hotel website is in French and so is the TV. When the Lifeguard goes home the outside pool area is roped off so there’s nowhere to sit outside if you want to be outside. You would have to go to your balcony - which is larger than normal. I did use buses and taxis all the time which made me go to other locations.
