    Just be aware.We had booked to stay here on the 15th May 26.0n Thursday 14th May at 21.39 (10 hours before we were due to fly)we were informed by booking.com that ponderosa had cancelled our booking.My guess is they had double booked.We had already prebooked & paid for our taxi journey from the airport & as it was less than 24 hours before we couldnt ammend the destination so was still dropped at the ponderosa.We didn't know where we were & then had to get a second taxi to take us to our second choice of accommodation.We were still dropped at the incorrect place as there was a language barrier.We walked quite a distance & then got another taxi where we finally got to our destination.So many thanks( not)PONDEROSA for ruining the start to our holiday!

    The apartment we stayed in was nice and clean. Privately ownedThe hotel public areas are another matter! Very run down and tatty. Pools unattractive and only 1 lift working. Lots of building work going on and debris lying around. Doubt we would return

    Bad service when reception were available which was not very often. Room not clean. Outdoor chairs broken causing two falls. Bad communication with transfer from airport. Dropped wrong hotel needed taxi. Wait to see if many calls will get me to the airport tomorrow. Do not book this accommodation. They have a fancy name "mi casa bonita" tell it like. It is it's a hotel that was sold off Ponderosa. Bad place with so many areas with screens to hide crumbling areas. Ughh

    Most worse apartments and services.. in 10 days I never seen anyone clean pool.. it’s big difference between photos then reality.. very dirty place big problems with parking.. we even need catch cockroaches.. be careful when you going home not getting them in your luggage.
