Location

Centrally located near to all the local shops, restaurants and bars, this complex is situated just 25 m from the sandy beach at Torviscas. Public transport can be found just 10 m from the complex. Transfer time from Tenerife South Airport is just 20 min.

Facility

The apartment complex has 125 apartments and 125 studios, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The 24-hour reception desk makes arrival and departure effortless. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service, a transfer service and 24-hour room service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 freshwater pools, which are outdoors and in part heated. There is a special swimming area for little ones as well. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Leisure options at the complex include bocce and a gym. For a fee, guests can also enjoy table tennis and billiards. The complex has a number of entertainment facilities available, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a dance club.

    Just returned from a lovely week away family of four (16&12 year olds) to begin with staff at the hotel so friendly from the pool staff, reception bar pool staff to the lovely couple at the miniMarket. Rooms well sized with all essentials; cleaned well with large outdoor space. The only feedback of you are on the back block then you will often see staff smoking outside from near by restaurant so can prevent wanting to sit outside at times and lots of cats that do tend to hand around if a nighttime but friendly and caused no issues. Would definitely return and recommend we had such a pleasant stay. We liked the subbed reservationSystem which made the holiday more relaxing. Large supermarket close by and the one on site reasonablyPrices and pastries to die for!     We have just spent a week here as a family of four and we will definitely be back. Perfect location near to all the bars and restaurants, nice large room with filtered water, really nice staff, god pool bar with nice food, heated swimming pool, nothing at all not to like, thanks so much!     Great spot very close to everything, rooms very nice. pool booking system works very well had a great stay last September and going back again this May. There are a lot of steps depending on what room you stay in.I dropped my debit card at the gate one day and a wonderful honest person handed it in to Reception.     Lovely resort in a very central area surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. We stayed in a studio apartment in P block which had recently been refurbished and was very nice and had everything we wanted. The staff on reception were very helpful and checked us in very quickly. We arrived at lunchtime and went for a bite to eat at the Harbour bar and after a quick bite to eat and drink our room was available.The facilities are well maintained and appreciated by all the guests. 2 lovely pools with plenty of sun beds which have to be booked every 2 days. Lovely shop on site selling everything you would need whilst on holiday.
