Location

The hotel is located in the old city and in a quiet area. When walking, it is just 3 min to the Plaza del Charco, 10 min to the Beach Garden and the famous Martiánez pools and only 5 min to the bus station with excellent transport connections. From Puerto de la Cruz there are buses travelling in all directions. Tenerife North Airport is approximately 35 km away and Tenerife South Airport is approximately 90 km away.

    was on my flight to tenerife and got a text from my family that my grandma was admitted to the hospital for her heart. once i landed i texted the company if there’s anyway i can cancel the reservation and get any partial refund or change the dates and they denied everything. it’s so hard because i was excited for this place since it looked beautiful. horrible customer service from them and their team do not come here.

    Stayed for 3 nights with a group of friends. Great hotel, rooms clean and suitable facilities, great sun terrace with jacuzzi and amazing views. Perfect location with restaurants close and was even better for the location of the Carnival

    Great hotel. Staff helpful. Rooms clean but small. Kettle, nice shower, coffee hot chocolate etc in reception are and outside terrace. ( no black tea for us Brits). Massive TV with Netflix and YouTube etc. Roof Terrace lovely and jacuzzi a dream with views of Teide on one side and stunning Atlantic waves on the other. Close to town and walk the other way is a quiet park and beach. Not far from bus station.

    Stayed end January/beginning February 2024 for a hiking holiday with friends. Lovely hotel in the old town. Rooms are comfy and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Extremely convenient for the local restaurants, shops, bus station. Coffee, teas, hot chocolate, juices etc available 24hrs (and free). The breakfasts are very good. Loved the jacuzzi with fab views from the roof. It’s perfect 🙂

    Because i have ocd and a neat freak, i usually like to stay in extremely clean places. And i can tell you this family owned hotel did the magic for me! The staff were also supportive especially being a solo traveler. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY🥰🤗😊
