Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, this first-class hotel is situated in a quiet area in Puerto de la Cruz, about 1.3 km from the beach. There are a number of shops nearby. The nearest airport is Tenerife - Norte-Los Rodeos (TFN), which is approximately 24 km away. Tenerife - Sur-Reina Sofia (TFS) is about 93 km away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2025. The hotel has a lift and features 23 single rooms and 227 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. There is also a safe and, for a fee, a minibar. A mini fridge and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. In the outdoor area, a heated freshwater pool guarantees comfortable swimming. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include a gym. For a fee, guests can also enjoy a sauna and massage treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and a buffet). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather.     Just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful adult only property. We were greeted on arrival with huge smiles and luggage was carried up to our rooms. The rooms were modern, comfortable and extremely spacious with modern furnishings and decor. Loved the variation of mood lighting in the rooms fa touch. The balcony overlooked the beautiful gardens and was a great size with comfortable seating. The bathroom had a walk in shower with decent pressure and lovely products available to use. The rooms had plenty of storage, a safe, fridge, complimentary water replenished daily, nespresso machine, a table with chairs, large screen TV, and a sofa. Pool towels were also provided for our use. The whole place was immaculate. The pool was heated with plenty of loungers. There was a 24/7gym and the hotel also boasts a large conference room. The restaurant had a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The food was fresh with an excellent variety and was cooked to perfection. We never had to queue and loved the live cooking station. A complimentary shuttle bus is provided to and from the resort centre. It is only a short walk but a steep incline back up. Thestaff at this property could not do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them . Elsa went above and beyond at any opportunity and is a real asset to the company. I would highly recommend staying here whether it be a business trip, a relaxing break or as a base to go off and explore the beautiful North side of Tenerife. I can't wait to return again.

    Everything was perfect. Everything is new, hotel is fully renovated. Rooms are big and extremly clean. Location is perfect, close to city center and near to Jardin beach and Loro parque. Hotel staff are so polite and friendly, also hotel is pet friendly and our dog got his own bed and toys. Atmosphere is so relaxing and noise free. We enjoy every second of our holiday.

    A wonderful stay at the Radisson Resort and Residences in Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and well-equipped (including a great hairdryer for someone with lots of hair!). Great views of Teide from the large pool and the restaurant terrace. Lovely team at the hotel too. An oasis of calm and relaxation in a beautiful setting. Good location for visiting the sights of Tenerife’s north. I was there for three nights - felt like I had been away for a week.

    This was our first trip to Tenerife and booked the Radisson resort via Jet2. We noticed it was adults only which sorted us as we wanted a quiet holiday. Location wise, Radisson Resort is in an excellent location in the north of the island and very close to Puerto de la Cruz and attractions such as Loro Parque which is a zoo and was a pleasant 25 mins walk.The actual resort is very pleasant and is spotless. The rooms were regularly maintained and very comfortable. There is a pool bar which serves food and there is a à la carte menu for breakfast and evening meals. Quality and choice of foods was very good and very easy to over indulge! We found the staff very pleasant and helpful throughout our visit.We found the resort generally peaceful and quiet which made for a very pleasant atmosphere.Overall, it’s very good value for money. We didn’t spend a great deal of time at the hotel as we were always out exploring the area but the location of the resort and experience was excellent and would definitely like to stay there again!
