    Amazing First Holiday

    rating18 Apr 2026

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. The room was lovely and clean and the views were amazing. We found all the staff polite and friendly and we think the cleaning team work incredibly hard as the whole building was always clean, tidy and felt calm. Small mini market was useful but the supermarket at the X-sur was just a short walk down the hill and you pass it on your way back up from the main beach/bars/entertainment area. We didn't mind the 25 minute walk down and climb back up the hill, even choosing the 8 flights of stairs at the hotel most times as quicker the waiting for the lifts, looked at it as exercise to work of the extra food and drink consumption! The restaurant on site was really good and we enjoyed going for a quiet drink at Romy's to watch the sun setting in the evening. You really made our first abroad family holiday special and we look forward to coming back. A great place to stay if you are on a tighter budget

    rating14 Apr 2026

We had an 11 night stay at Ramada Residences this month. A family of 3 (2 aduts and a 10 year old). My overall experience was great, Lovely helpful staff, a couple of on site dining options. Decent pool. Access to a few other leisure faciilties. Whilst it does not rank near the top in regard to onsite facilities it's also a lot cheaper. The one bedroom seaview apartment was absolutely fine. (my only gripe was ours was directly below the rooftop bar so we had a bit of noise from time to time in the evenings with chairs scraping on the floor above apt. I302 if you want to avoid it!) Good sized terrace and proper fold out sofa bed on which my son slept in the lounge. Decent enough kitchen to self cater if required. Bathroom was fine although it could benefit from a tidy up (re grouting of tiles and new sealant) but this is a minor gripe. The hotel is located towards the back of Costa Adeje so it's a good 20 minute walk into the centre. That's no bad thing as I personally enjoyed the peace and quiet. There is a decent supermarket and alternative food options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel and if you don't want to walk taxis are plentiful and prompt (they also take cards which saves on hassle). Expect to pay 5-8 euro to get to or from the seafront depending on drop on and traffic conditions. We also had the breakfast option included. You had options for a full english style breakfast as well as more european style cheeses and meats and pastries. To be honest I would probably go full self catering if i went again as I kind of had enough fried food after about 5 days. Would be good if they varied the breakfast offering a little (perhaps offering scrambled instead of fried eggs or offering omlettes from time to time. And wierdly I could not find Shreddies cereal anywhere! Would I book it again. Nice clean hotel, though a bit out of the way

    rating12 Apr 2026

The room was clean, with a great view of the town and sea from the terrace. Staff were all friendly, particularly at reception. The room could be quite loud from people walking in the halls outside, especially if the bathroom windows were open. If we went again, we would stay in a room near the adult pool area, as it seemed to be much quieter. Many days there was a bad sewage smell in one of the bathrooms. Water pressure in the showers was really bad.The pool was nice, but could have been warmer! The adult pool was especially nice, and nice to have an adults-only bar as wellBreakfast was OK, but no variety from day to day. Coffee really wasn't great. The hotel was a bit out of the way, walking to the town was fine, but walking back was more of a mission! Taxis were cheap, but at rush hour we would be waiting for almost an hour to get one.The minimart was fine, but really could have been opened for longer hours, since there isn't much else around without a long walk. Great 18th Birthday holiday

    rating06 Apr 2026

Friendly staff, clean and tidy. 2 bed 2 bath great view. Everything we needed and more. Taxis quick and available from reception. A bit hilly but we knew that. Ok for walking down to the front but would suggest a Taxi back between 5 and 10 Euro unless you like hill walking. Avoid!

    rating30 Mar 2026

We stayed in E802. The Penthouse above no 900 were extremely noisy and very loud into the night and children running around very early, twice sent an email asking to be moved which was ignored. Would not recommend staying here. A tired 2* resort in our opinion in need of upgrading. A lovely view and patio to stay on, but the bathroom stank of sewage and once water flow stopped completely. Topped with a fire alarm at 4.30am! Breakfast was the same everyday and not worth the €15.95 each charged. Wouldn’t recommend. Miriam Palazon, General Manager at Ramada Residences by Wyndham Costa Adeje, responded to this review Dear Michelle,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please kindly note that apartment E900 is privately owned. Nevertheless, we did reach out to the Community Office/administration to seek their assistance in addressing the noise concerns and to try to contact the owner.Regrettably, as the resort was fully booked at the time of your stay, we were not in a position to offer a relocation. We sincerely appreciate your comments and are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is important to us and will be carefully considered.
