Location

This complex is situated in an elevated area of Costa Adeje and affords wonderful views out over the Atlantic. Shopping venues, restaurants and bars are to be found in the near vicinity and it is 20 km to Reina Sofía airport.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 60 apartments and 20 studios, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and a fan ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a whirlpool bath and a bidet. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The apartment hotel offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, volleyball, crazy golf, golf, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, bowling, squash, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a non-smoking restaurant with an area for smokers. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The apartment hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    1. Not enough sunbeds to cater for everyone .2. Beds not comfy wrought iron beds squeeking eveytime you move preventing a good night's sleep.3. Alot of noise especially if you was on the ground floor .4. Very steep hill upto the hotel oknif your active €6 taxi up from the beach.Good points 1. friendly staff2 great bbq night 3 nice bakery 4 shop on site

    A Lovely Family Hotel with Gorgeous Views

    We visited at the end of March through to Easter and had a wonderful time. This is a lovely, relaxing family hotel — not too big, not too small — with everything you need for an easy, enjoyable break. Set high up on the hill, it offers beautiful views over Adeje.Location & Getting Around - Because of the hill, you’ll want a bit of money set aside for taxis. They’re very easy to order from reception, and there are taxi ranks in the main resort area. We only walked down once, and it was perfectly manageable.Staff & Service -The staff are genuinely lovely throughout the hotel.• Santi, who works in the shop, is fun, kind-hearted and took the time to get to know our family — he made our kids smile every day.• Cathy on reception is also very friendly and helpful.•Sofia part of the animation team was lovely - very kind and created fun for us all.Housekeeping was great too. Towels were changed every other day and the cleaner gave the floors and sinks a quick refresh. The only thing missing in our apartment was a bottle opener, but we picked one up easily from the shop.Food & Dining: The pool bar is lovely and kids loved eating cheese and ham toasties for lunch. The restaurant food was very nice — lots of chips, which kept the kids happy. We can highly recommend the steak with rocket, and the garlic king prawns. Both were excellent.Pools & Facilities - The temperature was lovely during our stay. Part of the pool isn’t too deep, which is ideal for younger children. There’s also:• a small shop and bakery, and• a little park that’s perfect for younger kids to play and make friends.Apartments - The apartments have everything you need and are comfortable for families. We stayed in Apartment 82, which was very close to the pool and the small park — a brilliant location. As it was spring, evenings weren’t too hot, so we could leave the window open if needed. I did struggle a bit with the fans, but otherwise everything was straightforward. Worth noting there is no air con so we likely wouldn’t stay in peak summer.

    Just spent a lovely 10 nights at this hotel.Check in was straight forward.The bathroom had enough space for the two of us.Big walk in shower.The kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast/dinner/tea.Found the beds to soft.We had two chairs and a table in the room to sit in comfort to do as you wish. The balcony was really large with a great view.Only down side no lifts and the distance to the resort.Staff all very nice.

    I came with my son for a week's break and was blown away by how lovely The Regency was. The staff were so kind, patient and helpful.We stayed in one of the Neptuno apartments which was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We settled right in.You always take a chance when choosing somewhere to stay for a holiday, and I'm so pleased to have found our new "happy place"!Thank you Sarah, Kathy and Par for helping me and son have a wonderful holiday! We'll definitely be back!

    Such a shame to have to rate this a one star as it is obvious that majority of the staff try really hard to create a lovely and welcoming atmosphere however on the last day of my stay I noticed a few items that I brought with me had gone “missing”. To then find them hidden in very silly places where they should not of been for example sliders that I was keeping by the exit hidden behind the curtains this only happened once the cleaners had been in, I understand things get moved when cleaners come in however items moving from one side of the room to the other and been hidden behind a chair and a curtain makes no sense to me. I can only assume that the cleaners were hiding them to then come back and take once we had checked out which at that point it wouldn’t be classed as stealing because technically we would have left them. Overall my stay was great so this is a big shame. I would definitely never come back
