Multilingual staff (English, German, French) are happy to assist and advise. A baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine are available. Sport

A few laps in the pool, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. The club offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including bocce, golf, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, banana boat rides and aquafit available, the hotel also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, billiards, darts and squash. A sauna, hydrotherapy treatments and solarium are available in the wellness area. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including a kids' club and live music.

    I have stayed in this property 8 times in the last 2 years without complaint and the property is an ideal place to stay. Emma on reception is always helpful. However please be aware of a early check in fee of 20 euros if you are in the room before 4pm. We were offered the room at 140pm and only told at check out about this charge. They then try to take it from you at check out. If they don't tell you then dont pay it. Back door money making scheme from a international brand.     The place is in a fantastic location, supermarket a few doors down, restaurants, bars and beach within minutes to walk. Taxi rank directly outside. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. The place itself is very clean and staff work hard. We had a one bed apartment with a terrace -147. The room had everything we needed. Plenty of clean towels which were changed twice during our weeks stay. Bed linen changed once which was good. They use a WhatsApp communication with guests which makes it easy to request any help.The bar staff and kitchen staff work incredibly hard as do the kids entertainers. They are a real credit to the place. The evening entertainment (singers) were also really good. My only negative is the sun beds. People queuing to put out towels that they don’t return to for hours. Even more frustrating are the guests who lay out towels directly in front of the pool (but never get in it) and then retreat to their sun beds 2 rows back which are outside their apartment. Resulting in families like us 2 adults and 2 children sharing 2 sun beds at the back. If the staff can get on top of this issue the place would be ideal. Try allocating beds to guest rooms. Those who are already pool side with 2 bed don’t need extra sun beds. Overall we would return and recommend to others.     These apartments are superb.we stayed in the elite apartments but all apartments have pool view. The pool bar area is laid out so good and the sunloungers are really comfortable with cushions on them. There are plenty of bars and restaurants outside the complex and a lovely supermarket as well. I have to say thank you to Emma and Issi and rest of reception staff who were so helpful and courteous at all times. We enjoyed ourselves so much were staying again in November.     Gone downhill

    Have stayed at this resort on 3 previous occasions it has sadly gone downhill the bar and restaurant are both closed and only the pool bar is open.The evening entertainment is outdoors and at this time of year it's too cold to sit. There is full sky TV at the pool bar but the rooms only have sky news and channel 5 in English. The apartments are looking tired and the bathrooms dated Very disappointed.
