  This place just hits better than orher places locally. From setting foot into a super clean reception area' with friendly staff. Our two bed apartment (room810) was so clean and very well eqipped. We self catered and ate in the resort. Pool bar/restaurant had a great menu and we also ate in Barbaras. Both very good.Where this resort stands out is the small extras' such as a dedicated pool attentant with which you can book your sun loungers' ahead of time' sono 8am towel wars here. Courtesy room and baggage storage for late leavers. Pool bar had paella and sangria demos' whixh were fab. Friendly staff make it.Washers and dryers onsite' spotlessly clean shop and a lovely gift shop. FyI' shop had a good selection of GF foods and some UK products. Another shop across the road' beside the wild geese pub. Lots of restaurants on the sea front to the right of the resoirt' if leaving from the pool door. The area is not toursity. Which for us' is a bonus' but very little nightlife in the area. Room cleaning schedule given at check in and honestly thr cleaning in this hotel is top notch. Towels are of good quality'' and pool towels are available for rental per day or per week. Eating outside tbe resort. Locally some places are good' el rincincillo' europa3' (must book) and 10 min walk to san blas gives you a good selection of resturants and further afield' along the coastal walk' lovely places to eat in los abrigos. Further away is el medano' has a few lovely places to eat. All not too touristy. Local buses cqn bring you to los cristianos and the tourist areas of tenerife. I will return. I would prefer quality over touristy location in tenerife!   Second stay here and excellent again. Friendly staff, big rooms and very clean. Quiet hotel so don't book if you want lots of entertainment and kids activities. Good location for pubs and restaurants. Will be back again.   Our stay at the hotel was, unfortunately, mediocre at best.Before arriving, we specifically emailed to request a higher-level room, but this was neither acknowledged nor accommodated. Instead, we were placed in room 203, which I would strongly advise others to avoid. The view was directly into the back of another room, offering no privacy or pleasant outlook. Even worse, the second bedroom was extremely noisy, with people coming and going late into the night, repeatedly waking our children. The lack of a blackout blind, combined with a motion-activated light directly above the window, made it even harder to get any proper rest.When we raised concerns about the noise, the response was dismissive—we were simply told to take it up with security ourselves, which is not what you expect when staying at a hotel.Housekeeping was also disappointing. Over a five-night stay, our room was cleaned just once, and towels were not replaced. When we asked about fresh towels, we were told there would be a €6 charge, which felt unreasonable given the length of our stay.The pool area also had its issues. The sunbeds near the toilets were affected by a constant sewage smell, and the pool itself was freezing. While this was eventually addressed after we complained, we were given several conflicting explanations about the cause, which didn’t inspire confidence.On a more positive note, the hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of some great restaurants, and the main reception area was clean and well-presented.Overall, while there are a few positives, the lack of service, poor room conditions, and maintenance issues made this a disappointing experience. It is worth noting that if a guest complains about noise from neighboring apartments, the first action taken is to speak with the neighbors and ask them to reduce the noise. If the issue persists, further actions will be taken accordingly.Likewise, we kindly invite you to review the cleaning information of the accommodation before making your reservation. Indeed, for a stay of five nights, only one cleaning service is provided, which includes a towel change.   Food at pool bar is super - my favourite last week was the Aubergine Parmesan special although all the dishes are fab! Hotel is really clean and all the staff are great!   Can not fault the hotel itself it is immaculate and the best sea views I’ve ever seen, rooms where clean and comfortable, value for money is brilliant, reception staff where amazing helpful and friendly, the only down side the hotel we personally found was the pool area staff the lifeguard and the lady in charge of the staff had a really bad attitude, my son had gone into the pool and was told to stop having to much fun with his dad which was obviously an issue for these 2 people having fun on holiday is not allowed.
