Location

This pleasing hotel is located close to Los Cristianos beach, just 250 m away, and is surrounded by lush gardens. The resort centre is just 500 m from the hotel and the nearest public transport links are only about 150 m away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised recently, in 2026. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a TV room, a playroom, a car hire service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Included in the standard features of some rooms is a balcony, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Rooms include a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.     Just back from a fantastic week all inclusive at the Sol Arona. Hotel is in a great location and as it's just been refurbished, everything felt fresh and new. The rooms are great, modern and very clean. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Good selection of food though some in our party did mention that it could have been hotter. Plenty of drinks options and we liked the token system which meant there wasn't cups lying around everywhere. Pool area is very good, no problem getting a sunbed and the pool itself wasn't cold. Animation team were excellent offering plenty of activities during the day if that's your thing. Loved the sports bar which had the football on. Can't comment on the evening entertainment as we went out most nights. Would definitely stay here again.

    A terrible hotel. No warning of the building works when booking. The supposed suite was a 2 star at best. Lunch food was bare minimum. Completely ruined our break

    Recently renovated hotel, the staff were amazingly pleasant and so helpful. The rooms were fresh and clean with the feeling of newness. The breakfast was plentiful, with so many choices to please everyone. The hotel bar is pleasant which is ideal for any afternoon or night caps drinks. There were plenty of mini markets around the corner for any needy items. Ideal location to walk around the back streets to the center town near the church. We enjoyed our stay here so much we have already booked the next holiday in the same hotel for June 2026. Looking forward to some nice weather and relaxed environment.     We had a brilliant holiday. Couldn’t fault anything. The food was brilliant, as were the staff. Room was clean and modern. The staff in the kids club were amazing, made the holiday for our little girl. The mini disco was so much fun.     Good hotel, clean rooms and comfy beds, friendly staff, good breakfast options which were nice. Good location for los Cristanios There was a few cons for me and potentially others. It is very kid orientated. Lots of activities in the pool/around which plays super loud music. If you’re looking for a chill hotel this is not the one for you but would be great for families. Not enough sunbeds for amount of people staying there. We went in April and they were all pretty much reserved by 9:30amThe hotel reception also STINKS of toilets I couldn’t stay in it for longer than 2 mins.
