  Fabulous return to Bita Cora

  Another fabulous stay, I've lost count how many times I've been but it's like going home, staff are welcoming, food is fabulous, rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy, pool area is great, something for everyone. It's a shame people still feel it's their divine right to save their beds, go out for hours and just plonk themselves down when they get back, I guess it's the same everywhere. This year was a bit disappointing with the weather but that's no fault of the hotel, the towel man was a bit grumpy changing wet towels! But I read 6 books, relaxed and i look forward to returning next year. Thank you.

  As a family of 12 ages from 5yrs to 17 , the hotel was great had good entertainment especially for the younger ones . Celebrated 2 birthdays and had a gift in rooms left by hotel staff such a lovely touch .   Not quite what we expected for the price

  We stayed at Spring Hotel Bitácora for our first visit to Tenerife, and I had been quite picky when choosing a hotel. I was looking for a place with multiple pools, some slides (as a bonus), and a good location — and in many ways, this hotel does deliver.On arrival, we were given a standard room (132) on the 1st floor. The room itself was fine, but the view was a big disappointment. When we stepped onto the balcony, all we could see was the roof of the ground floor — nothing else. Considering the price we paid compared to other hotels, this didn’t feel great. We asked if it was possible to move to a better room, and while it was available, it came at an extra €40 per day, which felt like quite a lot on top of what we had already spent.That said, the upgraded room on the 6th floor was lovely, with beautiful pool and ocean views — definitely a much better experience.Another major downside was the sunbed situation. Every morning (before breakfast), all the sunbeds were already “reserved” with towels, and unfortunately, the hotel didn’t seem to manage or enforce any rules around this. Because of that, we never actually got the chance to relax by the pool during our stay.On the positive side, this meant we spent our days exploring Tenerife — and that turned out to be a highlight. The island is absolutely stunning, with amazing views, beautiful beaches, and lovely walks along the promenade.The food at the hotel was good, with no complaints there.Overall, the hotel has great facilities and a fantastic location, but the room allocation and lack of control over sunbed reservations did take away from the experience.   Having just returned fro. The Bitacora hotel was first class, everything geared towards families. As a parent if my child is happy I am happy. Being out a routine is hard for kids but this hotel made sure they never got bored big shout out to Dogman and Andrea in the entertainment team they work tirelessly to ensure kids and adults are kept occupied Daily pool activities, something for everyone. Food was very good aswell. We went B&B but ate in the restaurants so.e lunchtimes and variety very good and sweets/ice cream and crisps too.Reception staff Diego was so welcoming at check-in and acknowledged us every day and always on hard to offer advice when asked.Bitacora made our Easter 🐣 break very enjoyable and will return.   Fantastic Family Hotel

  Hotel Bitacora you did not disappoint. Went from 12th till the 19th April as a family of 4 , children aged 8 and 7 as all inclusive. Clean hotel, large rooms, lovely food. All branded drinks on all inclusive. Lovely big playground / football pitch for children, water slides. Facilities for adults: adult only pool, gym, spa and the fabulous Up area on the rooftop, although UP is extra. The hotel is perfectly placed , for evening strolls to watch the sunset over the Atlantic. We will be back ..we hope.
