This hotel is located in Las Galletas, about 5 minutes from the beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe and a car hire service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

    Cancelled after a couple of hours, messy, stank and rundown villas. Don’t waste your time booking, just go somewhere else. All over villas and apartments are missing kitchens and looking so rundown in all areas of the place. Sun Bay Owners, Owner at Sun Bay Villas, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your past experience at our property. The entire property is now under new management. Each unit within our complex is now privately owned and is rented out on a vacation basis via platforms, including Airbnb.     Breaching own cancellation policy - beware

    We have received your cancellation - no problem. We had already allowed for this as we expected it.The reason being, and just to let you know, that when you make a reservation, booking.com give us certain bits of information about the client. For you it flagged up that you cancel around 75% of your bookings.I tell you this as due to this, most hosts will probably over-book their rooms / property (as we did) because it is very likely you'll cancel. Therefore on the odd occasion you do actually see your booking through then you could face problems with over booking / double bookings etc.

    I booked 3 bedroom apartment for my family for xmas -19. We paid for 10 days stay.. On arrival aparment was not clean and livingroom has no space to spend nice family xmas time. We complined imediately and wanted to change room. Crumpy receptionist was irritated as he opens reception at 10 and we wanted to change room or leave in morning. He shouted to us that there is no othere rooms available so we wanted to leave hotel. As quality was poor and service was even worst we asked to get refund for nights did declined to stay. Our touroperator fight with hotel for 11 months without getting anything back and they had to pay new hotel stay for us as this was part of package! Very very bad way to treat client and parners.

    Recently spent 5 days at Sun Bay Villas in a 3 bedroom villa with its own little pool. Everything was great ! Loved it ! Really good size rooms and the master bedroom has a fab little balcony with views of the marina where you can sit with a morning cuppa watching the sun rise. A few places within 5/10 minute walk where you can eat/drink and the main street and seafront are around 15/20 minute walk.

    We stayed at no 7. My husband and I were there on our own for a few days, then my daughter and grandson (aged 6) joined us. The apartment was on 3 levels. Garage in basement. Then main living area on next level and 3 bedrooms on the top level. We also had our own pool outside. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. There are also communal pools on the complex. Really enjoyed our stay. Would def recommend. Booking process directions and handing over of keys was seamless. Could not fault.Thanks Stevie and Kat.
