This appealing beach hotel affords an excellent central location and the links to the public transport network are to be found in the immediate vicinity. The inviting beach with its enchanting, turquoise blue sea is around 8 km from the hotel and may be easily reached by car or with local public transport, which is reasonably priced. Nearby a diverse range of shopping facilities, numerous restaurants, cafes, bars aplenty, a lively nightlife and extensive entertainment venues is also available.

Facility

4 suites, 45 single rooms and 124 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

    ​QUICK SUMMARY:​❌ Technical FailuresUnreliable elevators and broken ventilation.​🛁 Wellness FailThe jacuzzi was out of order or malfunctioning throughout the stay.​📺 TV IssuesTV didn't work. 4 different technicians failed to fix it despite 2 days of trying.​🚿 Shower ChaosLeaking shower with water randomly switching between freezing cold and scalding hot.​🧹 CleanlinessThe room was not fully cleaned upon our arrival.​🤰 Poor ServiceNo compensation offered. As a pregnant guest needing rest, I was only offered a downgrade to a "maybe" working room.​🗣️ Language BarrierMost staff, including reception, spoke very little English.​✅ The Only PlusThere is a beautiful park right outside.​THE FULL REVIEW:At first glance, this hotel appears very elegant, but looks are deceiving. The elevators were malfunctioning, which is a major issue if you have heavy luggage or mobility needs. Our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, the ventilation was poor throughout the stay and the hotel was very noisy; we could hear everything from the hallway.. To top it off, the jacuzzi didn't work consistently either, which was a huge disappointment.​As I am currently pregnant, I needed to rest in the room quite a bit, but the TV was broken. Over the course of two days, four different technicians came by. They all performed the same steps and claimed it was fixed when it clearly wasn't (both my husband and I work in IT, so we could see the lack of progress). When we asked for a room swap to a functional room, we were only offered a downgrade to an inferior room where the TV "might" work. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience.​The bathroom was another low point: the shower leaked and the water temperature fluctuated dangerously between ice-cold and scalding hot. There wasn't even anywhere to hang up the small towels provided. Furthermore, communication was difficult as very few staff members spoke English. The only saving grace was the lovely park outside, but it doesn't make up for the lack of basic hotel standards.

    Hotel and room spotlessly clean and well appointed in a modern way. Situated in the centre of town. Excellent buffet breakfast including Spanish and international choices and very friendly and helpful staff. I would be very happy to stay here again

    It’s a beautiful hotel with a beautiful location, very comfortable seating areas and a café, which we used after checkout before it was time for our Taxi,. Breakfast was very good, but extremely crowded so be patient. Don’t sit next to the coffee machine. I’m glad they’re busy. The room was lovely. The bed terrific. The reason I didn’t give five stars is because the air conditioner in room 127 was terrible. It was a very old system on the wall, with no remote control. It made unfortunate noises. You could not move the cover on the thermostat to choose how much fan or what vent direction/mode you wanted. The vent was directed directly down on your neck if you were at the desk and there was no way to change it. Turn the temperature up a little and then you had no air conditioning at all. There was basically on/off high fan and freezing or nothing. I didn’t have time to talk to this hotel about it and we were only there two nights. The front desk was always very, very busy. The balcony room which we had overlooking the park was very loud with traffic, playing loud music in their cars late into the night. So we could not leave the window open. These are just a couple things to keep in mind and if noise and air-conditioning doesn’t bother you I think this is a wonderful hotel.

    I really liked it cool hotel with jacuzzi and pool on the roof with views of mountins on one side and the sea on the other. The gym is well equipped and with views of the hills really cool. Plenty of common areas and a nice bar and good value restaurant. Room big comfy. One highlight is the location the park over the road is fantastic. One mistake I made is I was here over Christmas and emailed to book a table for lunch what I didn't realise was there is the normal restaurant and the nice one and I would have wanted the nice one as it was Christmas but didn't know there where 2.

    A super hotel. Amazing staff. Hamza, Veronika and Romina could not have been nicer..I will be back. The pool, the jacuzzi were fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. A great location in a quiet area of Santa Cruz. A perfect spot!!! Xxx
