Location

Located in the residential area of Torviscas Alto, this apartment hotel lies close to the centre, 10 minutes' walk from Playa Fañabé and 10 minutes by bus to Playa de las Américas. A bathing bay is situated around 800 m from the hotel. The shopping centre Gran Sur, at only 50 m, offers a cinema, restaurants, bars and different shops.

Facility

The hotel was renovated in 2024. Guests have a choice of 205 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a babysitting service (on request and for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms include a sofa bed. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a whirlpool bath. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including tennis, volleyball, basketball and archery. Indoor facilities and activities also include a gym and table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the hotel. An entertainment programme and a kids' disco are also options for entertainment.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). All-inclusive can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks.

    Fantastic week in the Sun for a budget friendly family holiday. We have just returned with a group of 5 ranging from 5 years old to 70 and have nothing but positives to say about the hotel. The hotel is ideal for families with younger children. The small site means no where feels far away and the pool area whilst busy, always had drinks and food available.Food each night is varied with fresh cooking stations open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I can't see why anyone would not be able to find something they would like to eat each meal.The animation team and all staff were again very good with nothing negative to report. The location of the hotel means it is a downhill 15 minute walk (20 with a five year old) to the front and the beach and we tended to get a taxi back up which was only 5 euros.Would definitely recommend for a family friendly budget holiday resort.     A fantastic family holiday spent here! We had room 240 which was so spacious, sun loungers on the balcony and a sea view. The pool area was clean and tidy, only downside was no inflatables in the pool however they do have different things going on in the pool for the kids to join in on regularly. Food was to a good standard something for everybody at every meal time, pool snack bar handy for the kids. The service and atmosphere created by all of the staff was second to none but the star of the show was ENZO in all honesty he made our holiday went above and beyond he really deserves some recognition as the effort he makes i'm sure goes above and beyond what is expected. If you are booking to come here or have booked I would certainly recommend and we will be back!     Absolutely amazing will definitely e back

    We went on a holiday as a family of 18 and we had the most fantastic time the staff were amazing cannot do enough for you the food was amazing lots of choices and a kids corner with plastic plates bowls and cutlery for them there is a pool baby pool and a splash pad there was one small issue the splash pad had a bridge you could go over I didn’t go over it my niece did and she said it was a bit slippery you don’t need to use the bridge you can just get in and out by the sides as the lazy river around the splash pad is shallow as it’s designed for kids other than that everything else was absolutely amazing thank you so much Tagoro for a fantastic stay we will definitely be back!     Kids paradise hotel

    We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel, with the standout feature being the incredibly friendly and hardworking staff. From check-in to the restaurant team, everyone was welcoming and attentive. Despite how busy they are every day, they always had a smile and made us feel well looked after. The chefs on duty were also very friendly, which added a nice personal touch to the dining experience.The rooms are cosy and quite basic, which was fine for our stay, though the pillows could definitely be improved for better comfort. One unusual aspect was the lockers in the room — having to pay per day to use them felt a bit inconvenient and is something that could easily be improved.The unlimited food and drinks are a big plus. The local beer was particularly nice, and the bar food was consistently tasty. There was always something enjoyable available.The kids’ entertainment was excellent. One evening featured a Charlie Chaplin tribute act, which was absolutely amazing — a truly standout performance and very entertaining for both kids and adults. It really is a paradise for children and makes things much less stressful for parents.The pools are very clean and clearly well maintained, which we really appreciated. There’s also a shuttle bus available on certain days to take you into town, which is very handy. Additionally, there’s a mall within walking distance, making it easy to pick up anything you might need.Overall, a great family-friendly hotel with a few small areas for improvement, but plenty of positives that made our stay very enjoyable.
