This family-friendly hotel is located just 2 minutes’ walk from Plaza del Charco, the centre of Puerto de La Cruz, where guests will find numerous shops, restaurants and a range of leisure activities. Lago Martianez, with its saltwater swimming pools, is just 5 minutes away and Loro Parque, one of Europe’s biggest zoos, is just a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. Tenerife North Airport and Tenerife South Airport are 35 and 90 km from the hotel respectively.

Facility

2 single rooms and 18 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Hotel is in a good location with lots of bars and restaurants around it, all with in walking distance. The interior of the hotel is old, the rooms are very basic and it was fine for us as we only used for sleeping and showering. There is a microwave and a little fridge in the hotel (to share with everyone) and a vending machine with water/fizzy drinks and some snacks. The hotel was clean, they provided little soap and toothbrushes. The parking was difficult as there is no spaces allocated to the hotel and on one occasion it took over 30 min to find a parking space that was close to the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was quite poor as well. We chose this hotel as the price for a week was really good and would probably choose it again if we visited and would only use the hotel for sleeping/ showering.

    If someone is looking for luxury, this is not the hotel for him. This is a hotel for people who actively spend their holidays traveling and exploring the island, treating the hotel only as a place to sleep. The hotel is old but has its own style, it is small, so it is quiet and peaceful. A big advantage of the facility is its location in the city center, close to the bus station and a beautiful beach. Very nice and helful staff.

    Not luxurious. Not big. Very adequate for the budget traveller who needs to be near the centre of the action. Helpful staff. No food here but many local bars for breakfast or a meal any time of day. Walking distance from bus station, markets and museums. Would stay again.

    Stayed for one night as i was coming up from the south for one night for a wedding walked in and thought what the hell but it was cheap and clean and it was only place to sleep, would not of stayed there for an holiday but perfect if your just sleeping and then out

    Very close to the town centre in a strategic position! The room was big and clean. Yes, not the most modern hotel but a great value for money!! Also the young receptionist has been extremely friendly and kind with us, answering our questions and suggesting us nice places for dinner! Internet was not working properly (we were on the third floor) so if you need internet maybe ask to be put in a closer room to the ground floor ;)
