Location

This comfortable Adult Only Hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Playa de las Américas just a few paces from countless restaurants, shops, bars, leisure venues and links to the public transport network. The promenade is to be found just 400 metres from the hotel. The nearest beach is 500 m away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. The hotel has 416 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) ensures that rooms maintain just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities in the rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. A desk, and for a fee, a safe and a minibar are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a whirlpool bath. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Sport

The healthy salt water of the heated outdoor pool ensures soothing swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. The water sports offered include water aerobics. Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and a buffet). Half board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. The menu also offers gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes. The hotel also offers snacks. The chefs prepare delicious specialities during the show cooking. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights at this lovely hotel.Top marks yp all staff we met. Everyone so helpful and friendly. Shout out to room staff, they were so cheerful and do a great job.The good was very good and great variety.We had an exclusive half board package which was excellent value and the A La Carte restaurant was soo good!Just a few suggestions which would have improved our stay:Provide some shade on rooftop. We couldn't take advantage of booking sun loungers as there was absolutely no shade.We are coffee lovers. You are only given 4 capsules ( 2 each!) for Nespresso machine for the week. Thanks to all the staff and lovely receptionists for a fabulous stay.     Checked in late at night and was greeted with a glass of prosecco, as we had missed dinner we were supplied with a lovely salad meal. Our room was as booked and lovely pool view, unfortunately the couple next room decided to sit drinking on their balcony all night long and sleep through the day, we could hear them chatting all night, the hotel is lovely and all staff were really nice , the entertainment team were brilliant especially Mike and Dario, It was my Birthday on the day before we left and i was left a lovely bottle of champagne and two flute glasses along with a birthday card in our room, what a nice touch, food was really nice, im a fussy eater but always found something, b/fast was great, my favourite meal , entertainment was brilliant including a foam party at the pool, best holiday we've had for a while and will definitely be back.     Lovely gem of a hotel

    I stayed here for a week recently with 11 friends celebrating my 60th birthday. We're a bit of a wild bunch of women, not your usual 60 year olds so we were looking for lively and fun. We were originally booked for Dubai so this felt like a huge compromise when our original booking was cancelled. However.....we all agree that it was the best thing that could have happened as this hotel is an absolute gem! The entertainment is incredible, foam party with dancers, acrobatic show by the pool, ice night in the gorgeous roof top bar, Elton John and grand piano by the main pool in the evening to name but a few. You don't need to look for things to do. They have it all covered. The staff were lovely, the boys in the entertainment team all motivated, friendly and professional. The breakfast was great. Even proscecco there if you fancied a bucks fizz! We loved the rooms, spotless and well designed and the location was great. Shout out to the staff in the restaurants and bars also and reception. Nothing was a problem. We will be back!     Incredible - we WILL be returning.

    We had an incredible trip here recently. The staff from the reception, welcoming us with a glass of prosecco, to the animation team making an effort with all the guests, the waiters and chefs were all incredible too. Mega shoutouts to Abdul & Junjen Chen for their attentive service at dinner and breakfast. I would 100% recommend upgrading to Half Board - the value is worth it. I think it was only £80 difference!!The location is spot on, you're half an hour walk from Adeje & Los Cristianos. Atmosphere was chilled, the way we like it - with a little light entertainment in the day via the animation team. Rooms were clean, tidied everyday and again service with a smile. I would 100% recommend and we will certainly be back to stay at the hotel for a chilled, relaxed atmosphere with incredible value. Your staffs standards really give the hotel an incredible feel.One thing I would improve on is with dinner - serve water for free. Don't charge for water at dinner. Great location for two bars just outside of the Tigotan hotel and the Spanish shop is also there! Meaning you can get water from £1.50-£5 if you want smaller bottles or 24 cans of beer for £10!     Stayed with friends for 5 nights half board, meaning breakfast and dinner included.Was given ground floor room, quite small but didn't pay to choose. Room was clean although fridge didn't work and was not paying to use the safe. Little balcony was a suntrap and bathroom was spacious. Room was safe but noisy from corridor and nearby games area.Pool wasn't overly busy generally and there were lots of sunbeds and no crazy squabbles for them. Jacuzzi was handy as was the poolside bar area. No kids at this resort which was nifty.Hotel had a reasonably sized gym, games area, large restaurant, spa on top floor, and rooftop bar which were all nice features.Breakfast was fully stacked, lots of seats, lots of choice, lots of people.All staff did their best to be accommodating, shout out to Fernando, Juliette, Giulia, and Claudia.Located 5 mins from beach, sports bar next door if its not on in the hotel, supermarket 30secs away, great spot to visit.
