    If you are wanting to sleep avoid this hotel as the roof top nightclub is open until 4am each morning, the noise is extreme with people shouting and running up and down the stairs all night and using the lift. Customer service is non existent they take your money without pre warning you of the nightclub, when bringing to their attention they don’t want to know, disappointed with our stay and was so glad to leave, 😢

    We stayed one night and ot was good. When we entered the room i said that the room is huge and its beautiful. We asked at reception at what time is lunch and they said it was at half past twelve. We returned to the room. But the problem is that room 501 you should type PIN to unlock.

    Urban hotel with all the pros and cons of it's locationCons:Doesn't matter the floor or facing what you get noise: elevator, the tram (right in front of hotel), the own bar (roof and street level), the people from the nearby bars... There is just no escape. NOTE: we stayed there as a working crew so this comes from all types of rooms options available.Pros:Staff is lovely Cool/Instagramable lobbyLocations is good if you don't mind noiseWouldn't choose to stay here unless I was looking to party myself

    We were so excited to stay here. As we arrived, our room was dirty. So dirty that we asked for a room change. Luckily the hotel did that. The room was quite okay, but not great - you can’t find slippers , the ac is weird - either too hot or too cold. Although the pillows were amazing. The MOST disgusting experience was the breakfast . Eggs were cold and nasty , very greasy, not a lot of food left. All bread and pastries were hard as rocks and very old and dry. The staff lady was rude, very LOUD ( she was driving her loud cart in the middle of the room). Guys, do better. It really started the day on a bad note. All in all, if you can, choose another hotel.

    Modern chic hotel

    We were warmly welcomed on check in. This is a modern chic hotel. The decor and furniture is very nice. The bedroom was very spacious and bright and the bathroom was very modern with a very powerful rain shower! Comfortable beds and good soundproofing. There is a cosy tapas bar on the ground floor and a lively open air roof bar. Very impressed with this hotel and excellent value for money! Highly recommended!
