No matter the weather, guests can take an energising swim in one of the 3 indoor and outdoor pools. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and golf. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, billiards and bowling or, for a fee, squash. The wellness offerings at the hotel include a spa, a sauna and a solarium. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

    We would choose this apartment again from the same owner in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. Our apartment was nice, stylish, with big terrasse and all equipment we needed for a holiday. It was relative new. Other not so good reviews are maybe applicable for the other apartments in Yucca Park. Safe surroundings. You hear people returning from the city until like 23:30. A lot of services, restaurants, massages just nearby. 5 minutes to the beach.

    Normally scroll past when checking out Yucca Park but we are over again in November. 1 star review caught my eye. Took a second look and thought BBC reporter must have written it. 😂 I notice the author is from London area and using a collection of numbers and letters as a name.I am not Scottish but from Lytham. My name is as stated, I’m in my late 70s and have learned over time not to judge people by where they live I believe the phrase is “othering” when not bantering and this is not banter. Appears the reason for a one star is that pool bar opens, sells drink, people on holiday enjoying themselves can be rowdy shock horror. The fact that they are “ northers” makes them exceptional. However I’ve been in company of cockneys on holiday and they were able to party like a jock. A terrible report in my opinion, baseless and biased against anyone north of M25. As it happens I wrote a 5 star review in 2024 about the pool bar. If you are thinking of hounding to Yucca read my previous review for balance.

    Apartment okay but bar, the Scotsmen ruined our experience. Opens at midday and drinking starts full throttle. Very loud and a lot of drunk Scots and Northers made relaxing by the pool impossible. Unless this is what you are after on holiday, avoid.

    Before reading this, please know the staff were absolutely lovely and the location to the restaurants and beach was perfect. The room was described as having air conditioning…this was NOT the case. It had 2 ceiling fans. One in the lounge area just circulated the hot air the other in the bedroom did noting at all. Due to all the apartments being privately owned you also have to request to have the remotes from reception, with a small deposit to pay. They do not just leave these remotes in the room ahead of your stay. Meaning the first night we arrived, we had no fans at all because reception wasn’t open until the next morning. This is just in relation to this apartment I am aware that others did have air conditioning. The room was VERY run down - moldy shower curtain, a shower that leaked onto bathroom floor making it really slippy, there were marks and stains on walls and doors, the fridge was placed in roughly cut out wall with the cement all exposed. The bed was very uncomfortable - it was two single mattresses placed on top of a double bed base, so as you can imagine they moved constantly.The pool area was nice and the pool bar was great and so reasonable. However, sunbeds…I would reccomend being up and ready to get a sunbed (and umbrella - if you want one) by 8:20-8:30am each morning. The staff unlock them between 8:45-9am and if you don’t get they you will not have a bed for the day. The area around the pool isn’t huge so like I said above, if you want a day by the pool be up early to reserve.

    Too many sun bed hoggers

    Currently staying at the Yucca Park complex. Super location and very well maintained facility. Most of the apartments appear to be privately let. There is a pool bar serving good food at reasonable prices. Only problem is getting sun beds. There is one very entitled Scottish family who think it is ok to reserve 4 or 5 beds and two umbrellas at 09:00 each day and not return to 4:30 in the afternoon.
