hot, small, uncomfortable room

The hotel looks attractive on the outside and has a nice, wood-panel entrance hall. The rooms, however, are another story. If mine was anything close to representative, the size is closer to a Japanese budget hotel than a modest European hotel (see pic). There is no A/C, the toilet didn't flush and the WiFi is unusable - the system logs you out after 1-2 hours, asks you about personal details (including DOB) for logging back, then tells you you've already been logged in too many times (once for an hour). Badly run and supervised, would not recommend. C M, Otros at Hotel Albarracin, responded to this review We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your comments. We would like to clarify some of the points mentioned. Our establishment does not have air conditioning, a feature clearly indicated in the accommodation information. Regarding the Wi-Fi, our system provides access for **four days by default**, and if a guest requires a new access code, these are available at reception for all our guests. As for the room size, our rooms reflect the characteristics and dimensions of our historic building, and information regarding the different room types and their features is available when making the reservation. We regret any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay and take note of your comments as we continue working to improve our services.AR Customer service

Limber up and get to this hotel

Fantastic hotel. The walk up is steep, but you can drive up, dump your bags and then drive down to park in the overnight parking for 4 euro. The hotel is gorgeous - build in the 1500s. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. There is a cafe area for all day coffee and cakes and you can get a drink here as well. The restaurant wasn't opened when we were there, but they booked one for us close by. Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend. The location is breathtaking. C M, Otros at Hotel Albarracin, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your delightful experience at Hotel Albarracin Teruel.
