Below average breakfast buffet, quite a bit below.

Oh dear, very poor breakfast I'm afraid. 2/10 at best. One coffee machine, no hot water boiler, food not replenished. Rooms are fine, location is fine, food is not. C M, Otros at Hotel Ciudad De Alcaniz, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. I sincerely apologize that the breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the coffee machine and food replenishment will be taken into account as we continuously strive to improve our services.A. R. Customer service Dept.

Amazing reception staff......
02 May 2022
I've been to the hotel a few times whilst doing trackdays at Motorland Aragon. It's a pleasant hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the shower in our room didn't function correctly and despite the staff's best efforts could not be made to work. This was quite important after a hot days motorcycling....... Gema and Andrea managed to sort out a room change despite the fact the hotel was full as it was a holiday weekend. In fact we found ourselves in a suite which, as it was my birthday, was a real treat. Everyone was very friendly and our trip was enhanced by the excellent service. Norma A Customer Service, Other at Hotel Ciudad De Alcaniz, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for the great review! We're pleased to have met your expectations. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you in the future.Warm regards, Cynthia B. Customer Service

Have been working with the Ciudad on a large group booking. The team are professional, helpful and friendly - completely unflappable with anything thrown at them. Would highly recommend them if you’re planning an event in the area.
