  Gorgeous Building in a Charming Setting

  This mountain-top retreat is located in a beautiful setting. The public areas are stunning and the hotel room was spacious and well appointed. The view from the restaurant made it worth taking the breakfast option.   Almost a museum.

  We entered the town using a back road. I was very concerned at first, then we reached the Parador, and as we walked the hallways and great rooms, just mesmerizing. The restaurant area enjoys a great view of the valley below. Take the time to read all the informative cartels around.   The Parador and the town of Oropesa are a perfect stop on a self driving circuit of Central Spain. The secluded parking (not monitored) is a real asset. The town itself is charming.
