    Excellent value for money

    rating31 Mar 2024

It's immaculately clean, comfortable and we both slept extremely well. The staff were attentive and friendly.Plenty of warm water for a good shower in the spacious bathroomIt's a dated hotel but has a nice charm about it. It was the cheapest hotel we visited on our travels but one of the best in terms of value for money and location. For 2.50€ we enjoyed toast and marmalade with coffee for breakfast in the on site cafe which was lovely.

    NOT GOOD

    rating03 Dec 2020

Good customer service but poor conditions. I placed a review before and it was taken down cause I said the sheets where dirty, not changed from the previous guests..... it was disgusting. Don’t spend ur money here there are so many options out there.

I went alone and it s true that is not the best hotel. However price was worth and room was fair as well. I would say it s an average hotel . Recommended for simple stays. Don t expect luxury. The location is really nice.

Nice hotel and staff, but obviously suffering from economic decline

    rating19 Nov 2017

Local people have told me that Talavera is suffering a lot from economic downfall, after a period in which this city and Toledo were competing for the first position in the region. I think this may be the explanation for the situation in this hotel. The room in which I slept was nice but one wall was damaged (probably by large suitcases) and the bathroom door was squeaky. It was nice to see that the light in the staircase hall automatically switched on when someone entered, and dimmed after people left the stairs. I appreciate when hotels are environmentally friendly. But their towel service was not such that they only replaced towels when needed (as in many other hotels). At breakfast, I noticed that the paper napkins on the table were from a restaurant nearby, and the coffee cups from another hotel (I think), so probably they had not enough money to replace these with napkins and coffee cups with their own logo. No problem whatsoever, but a sign that they are not earning a lot of money. I did not see a lot of guests at breakfast, either, so probably part of their rooms was empty. My conclusion: if you want luxury, skip this hotel. If you prefer a nice environment over luxury, this might be your hotel. Not far from the city center, which has a lot of historically interesting places.

    Hotel for one night

    rating24 Sept 2017

The hotel is not far from the old town, 20 minutes walk. A modest but clean hotel. Breakfast is very modest. Nearby there are inexpensive restaurants and a large supermarket. For travelers by car for one night
