  This hotel is situated in the historic center and with perfect private parking. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

  Super helpful staff. Lovely hotel in the Jewish quarter at the far end of old town. We took the train from Madrid so a 25-30 min walk from the train station. Nice big suite for us as a family of four. Great breakfast quality and choice with cook to order items included in the rate. Also really liked Toledo especially the old town. Had a lovely dinner at El Trebol which was next to Plaza Zocodover, around 15 min walk from hotel. Also found a nice tea house 5 mins from hotel called Teteria Dar Al Chai.

  Causy and stylish authentic hotel

  A very authentic yet comfortable and stylish small hotel, situated next to the ElGreco and Sephard museums and Michelin *** restaurant. Most of all I liked traditional wooden shatters in the room and super-quaiet new lifts. Oil paintings on the walls. Have some spots in the parking nearby reserved for its guests.

  What a dump and the service from the front desk staff is a joke. Everything is too difficult for them…and sometimes they just say they will do something then disappear only to reappear and claim you never asked. The location is near almost nothing so be prepared to spend a lot on cabs…when you can find one or somehow convince the front desk to call one for you. There are so many better hotels in Toledo. Don’t waste your money or time

  Great hotel with a classic and traditional feel. Well positioned in Toledo. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast was excellent. I’ve stayed on numerous occasions and it’s always been an excellent experience.
