Good location but noisy and warm

    rating18 May 2025

The location is great. However, I would probably not stay here again. Not sure if all the rooms face the street but the street noise was loud all night. Spain is a late nite city with dinner starting at 9p so you can expect a lot people out partying it kept me up. Also, they told us that they don't turn on the air conditioning until summer. But when the day temps are in the 80s the room can't cool down enough at night and you can't open the windows to bring in the cool night air to sleep with the windows with so much street noise. Additionally, we could hear when people take showers and there was a strange bathroom smell at times. There is no fridge to keep cool drinks so overall it was a noisy and warm stay. Perhaps if you aren't a light sleeper and you prefer warm temps at night it won't be a problem. The location is central and the room is clean.

Great value very close to Zocodover square

    rating16 Feb 2025

Fabulous location near the main square where tours leave from, BK & McD. Large Grocery ~ 2 blocks. The staff speaks English.8€ taxi from train station & 6.40€ To train station. The lady let us check in early at 11am which we really appreciated since we flew overnight from the USA.The bathroom provides, shampoo, body cream & even a toothbrush! Also 2 bottles of water/day.The lobby has 3 sofas, a coffee vending machine & a snack/soda vending machine.Very clean & fantastic value!!! We recommend

Very good hotel. Clean, well located (in front of the Alcazar) in the center of Toledo and at an affordable price. The hotel does not have parking, but there are options 100 meters away. The cost benefit makes up for it a lot.

    Toledo Hilly Attactions

    rating16 Feb 2023

Simple and nice loction. Very good service and a friendly reception. Easy access to the surrounding attractions. Located on top of the hill with walking distance to the main square. Good if they could provide slippers as the tiles are cold.

Small and functional but a great base to explore Toledo

    rating04 Sept 2019

This hotel is in a fab location to be able to pop back to during a day exploring Toledo. It’s 5 mins walk from Zocodover square (slightly uphill).During our stay, the access road to the hotel from the square was closed to traffic, which made it very tricky to reach by car as google maps struggled with the very narrow streets. However, the recommended car park is accessible from the square. We were reluctant to use this car park, as you needed to leave the keys with the attendant. Instead, we drove onto the neighbouring underground car park and paid a similar price (but kept our hire car keys!)We were a family of 4 and the hotel gave us a double bed, and 2 separate single beds. All were comfy and clean, but there was limited floor space once we had our suitcases in the room too. The bathroom was a good size and the shower worked well, including a window which we could open. Air con in the room was efficient, and the TV and hairdryer were handy too. Breakfast was a little basic, with a few tables and a simple buffet selection of pastries, cereals and breads. There was an automatic coffee machine and a similar juice machine, with some cold meats and fruit too. As we had got the breakfast option included having booked through booking dot com, we weren’t too disappointed. However, if we had paid extra for this provision, it would have been poor.
