The room was very small and the air-condition did not work properly. Furthermore, after our stay we asked if they could send us the shoes we left behind. We informed them that we would cover all occurring expenses for their efforts. Unfortunately, the hotel just responded by stating that this would not be in their scope of services.

Not a good option for three
23 May 2019
We took a triple room here and let's say for three adults it was definitely a bit of a squeeze - two single beds pushed together plus a bunk bed that pulls down from the wall, and not a lot of space to spare.( (And there was a second pull-down bunk in case we were four),The hotel is located just inside the city wall, so quite a walk (uphill) to the cathedral and town centre. We stayed during the Semana Santa period, a great time to visit Toledo although this year wet weather halted most of the traditional parades. Presumably Semana Santa is akin to 'peak season', as the room rate at €164/night was not exactly cheap. Otherwise, the hotel has some charm, being built around a courtyard that is now enclosed. Continental breakfast was good value at €8 / person, though the coffee definitely not recommended. Check-in staff were friendly but the process dreadfully slow.

Good value hotel
22 Jul 2018
This hotel was a good value. Overall, I would stay here again when visiting ToledoPROS:-Easy to get to/from the train station-Offered breakfast-Good aircon in the room-Kind staff-Very nice lobby and common area-Clean room-Great value for your moneyCONS:-Our hotel room door did not fully close. (We were there only one night, and did not let the staff know about our problem. If we had, I am sure they would of fixed it. The staff was very kind.)-Small shower-The bed was not very comfortable-The hotel is located right on the outskirts of the city center. While this is good, it was a bit of an uphill hike to the main area.

Quaint hotel in the heart of toledo
07 Mar 2018
Visited at the start of March with a friend. The hotel staff were very welcoming and check in was easy. We were given a room on the bottom floor which was a good size and had a nice modern bathroom with amenities. One slightly odd feature was that if you stay on the ground floor and you wish to turn the heating down or up you must ask at reception, but we didn't feel the need to change the heating. Also, the walls are quite thin so if you are a light sleeper I would take some earplugs! The breakfast was definitely worth the €5 for the convenience and the food on offer. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone wishing to visit Toledo.

a really good place to stay
15 Oct 2017
In an ideal location just by one of the gates to the town, so that you can walk to explore all the sites. A interesting building and décor - this is nothing like a chain hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Recommended
