  Fair location but very dated property

  Location is fairly good, centric and short walks to near by POI.Apartment is very dated amd needs refurbishing,not the cleanest, sofa bed is not really usable ( dirty and hard ),Very noisy building if other neighbors have children, arrived with no Tv channels, missing pillows and cases for sofa bed ( booked for 4 people )1 x pillow was actually very dirty ....Assistant came round very prompt to sort issues but in pandaemic times.... he walked in without considering wearing a mask..... got TV going, brought pillow cases but could not help with bringing a " clean " pillow....Shower leaking all over floor, most light fittings where not functioning ( bulbs missing )Masterbedroom: aircon facing bed is lethal for one who does not know how to use it right....Recommend the restaurant "Atmosphere" at end of street, lovely breakfast and friendly service.Price for consition of apartment to high, sorry, had better for less with Air B&B.....

  We stayed here from 11/8 till 15/8. When we arrived we found a lovely appartement with patio. During our stay we had a lot of bites. We noticed this were BedBugBites. We informed singularstay but didn't get any respons.

  A mixed feeling!

  The apartment that I stayed was modernly decorated and pleasant to the eye. The main room had a king size bed and featured a sort of kitchenette, in the sense that only the microwave was present. Dishes and cutlery were also available. The bathroom was very modern however the ceiling was low and you had to pay attention not to hit your head. The apartment was cleaned every three days which was quite ok to my book. However a strange rule of smearing towels meant a punishment in financial terms of 25€. Strange since the shower mat towel was very easy to smear so in order to avoid any fines I just ditched it. Also be aware to contact the structure if you're arriving in the weekend as there is nobody there and a special arrangement is in place to allow you to enter. Free WiFi and parking was available on site if you managed to find a free place. The apartment is very close to the old town and main attractions.

  Apartmants are located in a good location not far from the city center. Harder to find free parking outside of the apartmants but not impossible ... it's possible to make booking for a garage (15+- EUR/day) ... the only bad thing was that the apartmant wasn't ready for us when we came so we should call staff to clean it and during that time (about 1 and half hour) we should go for some coffee ... Shopping center next to Turia metro station is about 10 minutes walk away ...

  The location is very good, close to old centre, metro, bus... Many of the sightseeing are on a walking distance. I stayed with son 4 nights in a room for 2 person with a nice outside terrace on the first floor. Bed is good, bathroom is small. We missed a kitchen and a fridge (but it was my mistake, because I changed a room in the last minute with one with a a terrace and I wasn't careful with the description, so I booked a room instead of apartment :-)We came at night when the office is already closed, but there were no problem with entering the apartment and getting keys out of the safe (they give you code for entering one day before arrival). The lady in the office is very nice and helpful.
