    This is a standard Hampton Inn. Pleasant, clean, spacious room with comfortable king bed. Bathroom sink lighting was poor. Staff was nice. Included breakfast was adequate.

    Check-in was so easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. All of the staff were so kind. Finally, the location is so conveniently close to our daughter.     This decent property located in the LoHi section of Denver was fine to stay in.

    My husband and I were visiting our son who lives in Denver ( about 3 miles from the hotel). We had a good experience overall, but there were a few “hiccups” along the way. First of all, this was our first experience with this property. It is located very near downtown Denver in a section called LoHi. While my husband and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe, we did hear the front desk staff person mention to someone he was speaking to on the phone that if you park your car on the street, there’s always a chance of a break in. Parking for those with a car seems very limited but we were told they have two parking areas for guests.We had a nice king size room that was considered a suite because of the sofa and a small kitchenette area. It was always kept clean by daily housekeeping. The TV set/ remote could be better to operate. Bed to us felt fine. We stayed on the 5th floor and never had to wait long for the elevator which was nice and large.The breakfast area was always kept clean. The breakfast was just ok. I have had better at other Hampton properties. The option of a dark roast coffee was only available during breakfast. The light roast was available all day.Pool and fitness were in the basement of the building. The customer service was ok at the front desk. While they never recognized us as Diamond members on the Hilton Honors program and never went through the typical property information speech, when we did ask a question, they promptly answered us. We may stay there again as it is one of the hotels near our son’s apartment, but there’s many options to choose from if we wanted to try another brand.     I am in a Lifetime Hilton Diamond member. Stay in Hiltons a lot to this day. This a fantastics little Hampton — unique and great service. All of traditional amenities well done + a bit more!
