    Worth more than the stars it is given

    The front desk people were very friendly. I speak little Spanish but some of the staff speak some English. The hotel is clean. Cleaning staff came in every day to make the bed, give me clean towels, empty garbage and do what ever other cleaning needed to be done. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony. There is a parking garage under the hotel where I was allowed to lock up my bike. My only suggestion is that a safe in the room would be a helpful addition.

    I would definitely stay here again, it is an excellent base, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also free car park, little tricky for big cars but perfect for my small car

    A last minute trip to get away to the coast, all the hotels right on the coast were booked so we went for this one, knowing it was a bit more into the town and away from the coast. Thinking it still looked walkable we booked it and then at the last minute had to cancel our non refundable booking, but they were great and allowed us to reschedule twice in fact. Very accommodating, but not a walkable distance to the coast.The hotel was very clean and the staff charming.

    The staff is not responding to telefon calls and mails!! Thomas: the general manager refuges to talk to us about complains. So this is a very bad hotel. Don't go to them. We were there and they gave us no attention. So........very bad and not friendly

    We were visiting friends in Alicante and stayed here for one night. Very pleasant staff and a comfortable hotel. Nice room, well appointed. The only problem was parking. I am a wheelchair user and the hotel had no facilities but was fine otherwise.
