  Horrible hotel, wouldn’t recommend to consider it. First, they claim they have parking available, then you find out they cooperate with a private parking for €18. Then the check-in you do yourself, it’s long, complicated and stupid. They waste no money for staff, but you still pay the full price. The service desk is only from 9 am to 3 pm. I paid €60 for one night and it was nothing like the picture, the room was small, the terrace was non existent and went to internal like garbage disposal. When I texted to upgrade the room, they responded in a quite rude manner that there is no availability and it’s my fault I didn’t read the description correctly. 0/10, if I could put 0 stars I would.

  ‼️ DO NOT STAY THERE FOR THE MARATHON ‼️The hotel is very well located, and the automated check-in system is genuinely convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately, everything after that fell short. This is specially egregious given how much they charge during the marathon (300+€) ‼️We stayed here for the marathon, and it turned out to be a terrible choice. The rooms are extremely noisy — you hear street noise from outside, and noise from other guests and the corridors inside. Sleep quality was awful. The beds are uncomfortable, and the mattresses are so hard that resting properly before a race was impossible.Customer service was the biggest issue. The staff initially told us we could use the showers after checkout (important when you’re running a marathon), only to retract the offer later and only offering us to use a shower to a different place. They also made up a cutoff time for us to use the shower which they never mentioned and made absolutely no sense.They lied to our face and when challenged and shown evidence, they couldn’t explain the contradiction and eventually just stopped responding. Objectively rude and borderline dishonest.For the quality of the room and the overall experience, the prices were absolutely egregious.I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it, especially if you need a quiet or reliable stay. ‼️ STAY AWAY FROM IT ‼️

  Room 102. A wallpapered feature wall and a pottery deer head with artificial flowers in doesn't make it "Boutique".Cheap furniture, bland room, badly damaged laminate flooring BUT the room was large with a super king sized bed which was soft, but very comfortable.The bathroom is outside the room directly across the hallway. Again a little tired (with rusting chrome in places) BUT a nice shower with good water pressure.

  The property is in a really great location for a city break in Valencia, lots of places to eat & drink close by. The rooms are basic/small but adequate for short visits. It was expensive for our visit but that was probably because the Fallas festival was on over the three days we stayed, this is quite a spectacle! The bad point was that the building has very poor soundproofing, there was noise with people coming in late at night and cleaners on the floor above from around 5 in the morning, heavy footsteps and furniture scraping so none of our party in 3 different rooms had a good sleep - this was not due to the festival as we accepted the noise from that.

  We were very disappointed on arrival for the money we paid we thought it would be a better standard. It is in need of repair/upgrading and there wasn’t even coffee facilities in the room. The floors were broken down in many areas within our room and needs replacing. However on the plus side it was clean and very convenient for the city. Small bottles of water were provided on the first night and the cleaning lady was very helpful. We visited at a time when there was a fiesta and the noise level was intolerable . As well as continued fireworks until late at night there was also lots of noise transference from other rooms .
